I was stuck in soft sand. Even though Bill was unable to assist with getting my truck unstuck with his flatbed.He made sure we had water and then proceeded to call us back 15 minutes after he left to make sure we had assistance coming. Kudos, Bill! Thank you!

Had my tire flat mid highway on my return from Grand Canyon. We were worried as it was night time but luckily got their number when scrolling through internet. They were very prompt to send their mechanic and help us out. Highly recommend.
