About Dollar General
Dollar General is a large store described as more like a department store for the area. It is well-organized with a good variety of items and prices that are a bit less than other local stores. While not everything is available for a full grocery run, it is better than expected for a small town. The staff are noted as wonderful, very helpful, and nice, often going above and beyond for customers. Employees are acknowledged as helpful with questions and will usually greet customers upon entering.

Today it was very quick instruction and out. Usually there is quite a wait once in line to check out. Generally they only have 1 check stand open.
