Erika is a terrible associate. On multiple visits she acts lazy and expects customers to do half her job for her. She leaves you standing at the register because she’s doing her closing chores about 3-4 hours before closing. She won’t even acknowledge you because she’s constantly talking on her personal phone. She’s even left some of my items sitting on the counter and didn’t ring them up because she wasn’t paying attention.
