“Victor is really great! My elderly aunt needed to upgrade her phone. Victor was honest with us that the new phones wouldn't work where she lives. He sent us to another provider. It ended up not working there either. We then went back to Verizon where he spent over an hour getting her back on the Verizon network. We did get her a newer phone that he than transferred all her data for her. Amazing customer service. Thanks, Victor!”
