I thought this was a great bank until now. I had trouble with my credit card. The bank issued me a new one for a $10 charge, it got lost In mail then I asked for a new one, it took 4 months to get here,the pin it came with didn't work got a new one, then the bank closed it without advising me because of a fraudulent charge, I went and asked y and then they wanted to charge me $10 again for a new card which I would have to wait months for again they aren't fair. I mean Robin the supervisor who said I had to pay. The other workers were nice.

They looked at me as a joke when I walked in social profiled me took 1 month to call me back to open an account I opened in 1 day with Wells Fargo so I took my money and business there so Wells Fargo is the place in Douglas

I’ve had to request a new card 2 times in less than a year due to fraud… I haven’t even received my new card and my account reflects less money than what I really had but doesn’t reflect or say why! I used to trust this bank now I can’t wait to close my account they are just horrible!??

I have ad to dispute this unit through credit advisors 4 different times, one for every year I have had the loan with them, they report late because they can not keep track of their own arrangements and they charge things without previous notification. I would give no stars if I could. Too bad it is kind of the only option for those in Douglas.

I heard many stories about this Credit Union the one biggest story is this not helping government agencies to see what type of money that may be going into their Banks that should not be going into their Banks from some of their members don't really have honest jobs figure that one out customer feedback and that's our views

I would put a negative- but one star was the worst! I want to warn everyone about the CEO/Pres-Gail Molina!! She believes she is above the law and can use her position to steal money from accounts! My father passed away and she hurried up and closed out his account before I could send her his death certificate, as I was the sole beneficiary on his sole account. Gail took the liberties to override all ethics and closed his account and took all his money out and refused to be accountable and show any type of proof or reason why she felt she had the right to steal his money!!!
