The associate was very kind. I have always had a good experience but today she went above and beyond even though I got there almost at 6 pm when they are closing. She gave me instructions for the other package I had to return and even closed it for me and said this one I can’t return it here because it goes in USPS but she got it ready for me nevertheless. Great service! Thank you.

These folks won't give a specific quote for package receiving. The best I could get was "somewhere between $3 and $15 per package", depending on the package...But they don't have a rate sheet, so how are you supposed to know ahead of time?On the other hand, Pro Ship Express (also in Douglas) has a flat fee of $1 per package. So needless to say, I'm going there instead.
