One of the managers, Johnathan, needs to get a better personality. I called the post office twice on the 27th of January to ask him some questions regarding a delivery that was sent to them, which they delivered to another company (without going into detail). I was simply calling to clarify things for myself and I was already a bit frustrated about the situation I was calling about. Both times he sounded like he was speaking down to me. When I brought his attitude to his attention, he said he wasn't getting one. But yet, he continued to sound as though he got up on the wrong side of the bed that morning.....unless that's just his personality, in which case he should not be answering phones, nor should he be the manager at a post office where you have to deal with people, duh...he's ridiculous!

One of the best post offices I have ever been to! Clerks are all constantly friendly and helpful. I ship all week and have never had the slightest issue in 5+ years of using them

The post office staff are great it the carriers that are the problem. We have been having problems with 1 of the 3 that deliver our mail the other 2 are great and really nice while this other lady doesn't even do her job and just drives by without putting your mail in or taking the mail you have going out. She had to come back today after I made a complaint and was very rude cuz she got in trouble for not doing her job. I've complained about her before to and yet it keeps happening. You guys need to do better and maybe train her longer then you guys did cuz clearly she doesn't know how to do the job.

Mr. Lopez, I have tried to contact you over issues I am having at one of your branches. This branch post master said that she did not want to get involved and would not share my contact info with you when I went there yesterday. I need help in resolving an issue. I will continue to reach you through the 800 # but that has not worked so far. Thank you

Well the main office is great but there couriers well that depends on who you get but I mine won't get Christmas card that's for sure.

I wasted two hours waiting for the mail man to stop and deliver a important letter no one knocked on my door i didn't even hear footsteps or the car it's my second problem i have with them very lazy workers
