They're very busy (go figure since they're the only option within an hour) and getting an animal in for anything surgical takes time if it isn't an emergency. I have an older dog that needed a dental cleaning, and it took several weeks to get her scheduled, but the cost was less than half what I was quoted by a vet in SL. They did an amazing job and were able to save all but two small teeth, whereas the SL vet claimed she needed to have most of her molars removed. When we have had emergencies, they were able to get us in the same day. When our elderly dog lost total control of his hind end & bladder in the middle of the night, they fit us in first thing the next morning to have him put the sleep, and didn't rush us out of the room so we could say our goodbyes. When there was an unexpected complication with the spay on our cat, they were very upfront with the hows and whys so we understood the situation, and what was done to help save our beloved kitty. We have received nothing but compassionate care from the clinic, at a fraction of SL vet prices.

I took my dog for an emergency visit and was surprised it didn’t cost an arm and a leg and they were super friendly. I also took both my cats to be fixed previously and it was affordable and well done.

"Dr. Wildflower" is really Nancy Bischof, who was the owner of a hoarding situation in Perry, Michigan. All of her animals were taken as well as her Michigan's vet license. Don't let this woman near your animals.

They got us in last minute when no one else could. Fast caring service at a good price. We will be back.

Dr. Wildflower had absolutely horrible customer service skills and gave me complete lack of any empathy or understanding. I brought my dog in who needed to be put to sleep due to elderly dementia and all she did was question me about my decision instead of listening to me about my reasons and even went as far as questioning the way I take care of my dog before even asking about her medical history by saying “well you haven’t even tried medication”, which I have been giving her everyday for months at that point. I left feeling awful. I will not be going to this clinic ever again. Lesson learned, I will always make the drive over the mountain to better clinics in the feature.

I have been there on three different occasions. I’ve been please each time I’ve been.

This was the worst customer service I experienced in a long time. Mean, condescending, and not at all sympathetic. Unprofessional, opened late and no order at all. Extremely overpriced, taking advantage of people in the area that have no other options. For the price they charge I would expect a gleaming facility, not the dump I walked into today.

Love the vet and her assistant. They didn’t have what we needed but got it coming. Reasonable. Kind. Kittys everywhere... cute!

We have had two male kittens neutered at the clinic. We have other cats to be sprayed and neutered. The doctor is wonderful and so kind. The staff is so kind and professional. The town of Eagar is lucky to have this clinic.

We have a 15.5 yo large elderly dog who can no longer stand up on his own, barely walks, and defecates in the house for all bowel movements. Even with the prescriptions the vet gave us he has not improved. This vet made us feel awful for wanting to put him down. Told us that he has at least 6 more good months of life left. I was floored that this was her recommendation. Our dog requires 24/7 care and supervion. I was hoping she would help him pass with dignity. Super disappointed in the level of care and advice we were given.

Horrible place. Told us dog had a stomach flu and ended up being parvo. Lost a dog and almost lost another one. Unknowledgeable.UPDATE: Almost a year later and I still have multiple family and friends lose animals to this unknowledgeable vet. They should be shut down due to how many mistakes they have made leading to the loss of our furry friends. It’s ridiculous at this point. I don’t know how anyone can rate this place 5 stars.

told us our dog “looked like she was in bad shape” charged us, then told us to go to blue ridge pet clinic where they could help her or she “could die the same night”

I have never met someone as loving towards animals and people, when our little dog princess was dying Dr. Lynn went out of her way to try and save her life, I was so amazed how much love Dr Lynn had for my little princess, and when I was crying Dr. Lynn put her arm around me and she was crying too. I Dr Lynn , she is a treasure ❤
