Nice workers, never had an issue with anyone here and hope it stays that way! I really like this post office far better than other ones I have had in different areas.

They send packages back for no reason, they closed my mailbox and sent packages back a week before my change of address went into effect. Rude, slow incompetent

This is a great place with nice workers. And I don't know how why these people who give them bad reviews don't think to know what maybe they went through that morning not everybody has good days all the time.

Today I was greeted by a very rude older customer service representative. She elevated her voice several times and acted like I was an inconvenience. No matter what the reasoning was for my visit today, a person should never have to receive the amount of disrespect I endured today. I will be reaching out to the post master this upcoming Monday. The younger lady’s who work the front normally I have never had an issue with but one bad apple is all it takes. My wife has also had several issues with this older lady in the past as well as my grandmother.

Told us our package was sent back. Took tracking number over there. Guess what it was there. They also sent us home with someone else's package.

The laziest post office i've ever experience First off family should not help family members at the counter. Second, they don't like to look for packages, they just send them back.

I'm a disabled elderly woman. Someone backed into my mailbox, but it's still functional. Not only do they refuse to mail my letters, but my packages as well! I'm sure my $68.00 roses are probably dead!

This post office sends back packages all the time. I use the same exact address for each and every delivery, but every other package is sent back for "insufficient address." I always double-check the shipping address when placing an order, so there is absolutely no reason for this to happen so frequently. I only receive about half of the things I order in the mail, and when I *do* get them, the clerks act like it's a chore to give me my mail. It isn't even worth talking to them about messed up deliveries, because they will basically ignore you.

Twice I've had packages delivered and the front desk won't look for them. Came two days in a row to pick up packages and both days they've locked the doors early. I get that it's a small town, but people are paying to have their packages delivered by a certain day.. not whenever they feel like getting to it.

They are noticeably nicer lately. More friendly, more helpful... now I don't miss the Springerville post office so much... because they were always nice and helpful!
