Used Stan for FFL transfer and to receive ammo shipment. Good guy to deal with...will return and do highly recommend.

Would give a 0 if possible. I gave my trust into these people to send my gun to FFL back home. 2 weeks went by my FFL said they haven’t contacted him so I called and called never got them to answer. One time they answered told me it was shipped out already my FFL then told me they were lying he was never contacted. So today I finally got it back disappointment. The gun was brand new and these people at kp firearms had fun with it they shot through it. I know because I’ve never shot it since I got it. When I sent it back I let them keep ammunition it had. At my FFL here we opened package together so I know it was these guys. Be careful there with kp firearms bad business

On Friday 6/25/21 I made my first call to KP at 1000 hours to let them know that their FFL Lic on file with Grab A Gun in Texas had expired the beginning of June. I wanted to do an FFL transfer, but not one of my calls was answered, and I must have called close to 15 times today. Its now 1400 hours, I guess im done here. Dialing finger done wore out.

It would be swell if someone would just answer the phone. 3rd try, success. No gunpowder. This is the 3rd time I've tried to do business with these guys and the 3rd time I was unsuccessful. Not sure how these guys are staying in business. Shame too.
