The managment and owners need to fix washer and dryers. Managment is rude.

Avoid this place at all cost! And if you decide you still want to buy a place or rent a space, be careful as Kathy the park manager will ask for SS# and only will accept cash. Recently there has been a personal information security breach on tenants from management of this park in which every owner of a mobile home in the park received spam texts and emails. If you don't want the same demise as the current tenants, I would avoid and rent from the other parks in the area.

Alright, ive heard of the past owner being amazing. Yet under new ownership, it was horrible. Being yelled at on a vacation was not a plan that i would like. I am not an adult, and i was yelled at by a full adult. i was honestly scared. the location is alright but the beaches are rocky and very uncomfortable. the people in the park are nice and great people but the fun is when we are on the water. the lagoon here is nice and all, but this park needs a quick redo. I get it that its a old park and its faulty but thats no reason to yell out at a kid that did nothing wrong. On weekends with holidays, 4th of July, Memorial Day, and New years are big weekends for the park. This park was great, and it can be better. The rules are strict but i understand on the reasoning because it can get the owners in trouble if something happens, but seriously please loosen rules.

This place use to be a great place to go and relax from a hard week of work. The owner passed away a few years ago and the park has been in limbo in courts ever since. During, this process Kathy was placed as manager of the park, however before this she was fired by the owners family. So, it's odd that she now manages the park. This women has gone way and beyond to cause conflict with tenants. She has even refused to take monthly rent from paying tenants, evicts them for nonpayment and gains procession of their mobile home, changing titles to her name and is/had been trying to sell them for her own profit. People who no longer want to own a mobile in the park due to her actions are try to sell them and she refuses to approve the new buyers. She does this so that the people who own them will sell then cheap to her or for them to stop paying monthly rent , so in turn she can gain access to own the mobile home, then she can sell at a profit. This has been done several times. The office only accepts cash and that alone seems sketchy. She won't allow previous paying tenants to buy day passes to enter the park. She rude, disrespectful and if you react to her the same , she will evict you out of the park. She put that in the rules an regulations. She worries more about previous tenants visiting in the park, more than the theft that had been occurring. At this point in time I do not recommend buying or camping at this place. It's is not worth your money or your sanity.

Was looking for a decent beer selection and found it. This place has the most beers around and they’re cold. Surprisingly hard to find in this area.

New manager (Kathy) is hostile. She approached our RV and began banging on the door, when the door was opened she immediately began screaming at my boyfriend and was very confrontational. Would not allow him to speak. She would yell over him when he tried to respond. All due to our dog who was "off leash" in our RV space. We tried to explain we were not aware that the leash policy was for within our spot and as they rode in the golf cart and she continued to scream and not allow us to speak. She stated we needed to be out by 11 AM without even allowing us to have a conversation. We arrived at 8 AM and this happened around 8 PM the same day. I would HIGHLY recommend taking your business elsewhere. The old owners/management were great. We have been coming to this store for years and decided to try staying here but with the new management I would stay away.

Stayed here one night at river site with full hookup. Beautiful site overlooking the river. Only reason not four stars is that resort failed to tell us electricity would be out from 10pm to 4 am. If we had known we would not have stayed as my husband uses a cpap machine. It was so hot and now he has a migraine. Other than that great sites.

Place is a dump. I'm not surprised the "island" campsites are vacant every time I go by. Stay at palms or oasis. Oh and avoid Kathy. She's pure evil.

We were looking for a place for our Rv for 1 nite on our way through Arizona to California. Requested a pullthru so wouldn't have to unhook and could leave early next morning. Lot was long but utilities placed where we had to unhook. No WiFi, no Tv. States it is a resort so family vaca would probably be ok, except the 5 men sitting outside drinking next door got a little loud. The staff were polite and efficient but the website presented a different experience than the reality. Just didn't fit our needs at the time.

My family and I had a great time at the Arizona Oasis Resort. We stayed a week at the beginning of April and it was perfect; not too busy and hot and sunny. We camped in sites 98 & 99 with our 5th wheel and travel trailer. There is plenty of room to navigate the entrance and park with, really, any size rig. There is plenty of room for turns and backing into the spots. Site 98 & 99 are back in beach side. We used the laundry facilities, bathrooms and showers and all were clean and in good working order. They have a great little dvd/book library to borrow from and I did spy some puzzles and games. The grounds are easily walkable (when it isn't too hot) with plenty of dumpsters and the beach/grass area is clean. There is a dollar general down the road as well as large gas station where any last minute needs can be found and then a great grocery store in Blythe, about a 10/15 min drive. Not too many restaurants close, but we did find a few. The pool was large with a small children's pool next to it. The jacuzzi was hot but the jets weren't working. There isn't too much shade available and it is a bit barren and could really be spruced up with chairs and umbrellas to make it more appealing (I included this in the review the park sent me) but it was cold and refreshing regardless. The little encounters iI had with the staff, calling for reservations and checking in were great, with very friendly folks. Would highly recommend!

We loved our stay in one of their cabins! Has all the basics and you bring your own sheets/pillows/etc. The beds are comfy and there is AC. And you get your own cute patio with a picnic table and porch swing. The shared bathrooms are super clean and the showers are hot and good water pressure! We were only planning to stay one night along our road trip but ended up extending an extra night because we wanted more time to enjoy the river and pool. And luckily we were able to do some Saturday night karaoke because we stayed! Haha so much fun. Everyone working there is super nice and accommodating, and we will definitely be returning soon with some friends and family!

While the store is looking better than it had in the past. I have to say that the new owners/management are extremely rude!!The laundry machine’s are for the most part all broken and have been for at least the last year.So far this year I have yet see even an effort of trying to be somewhat civil with their own customers!!!!RUDE,JUDGMENTAL AND A VERY UNCOMFORTABLE PLACE TO SPEND ANY TIME IN!!((UPDATE))I’m very happy to see that as of late I have seen a lot of improvement in working equipment. But most important the atmosphere people working together and the smiles were genuine.Thank You All.

We had a great time at this resort. It's like steeping back in time 50 years. There isn't much to do in town but the change of pace from busy life was amazing. The kids had fun walking along the beach, making s'mores on the fire pit and playing games in front of the cabin. The pool was heated and nice.
