The Palms at River Edge is a beloved riverside getaway that offers a fun and safe environment for families of all ages. The management and staff, led by the exceptional Heather, have consistently maintained the park to a high standard, from site upkeep to organized community events. Permanent residents and part-time visitors alike form a close-knit community, often coming together for impromptu barbecues and celebrations. The park boasts beautiful beach areas, though guests not staying on the property may be required to pay an entry fee. Visitors can enjoy a range of river activities and the stunning sunsets, while some have suggested adding pickleball courts to enhance the wintertime experience. Overall, The Palms at River Edge is described as a peaceful, well-managed, and welcoming community that offers a true "home away from home" atmosphere.
Although we stayed inside our trailer because of the heat of early June, we enjoyed our overnight at this park. It is quiet. It is gated. There is a pool. The bathroom/showers are clean. We stayed in spot R8 and loved the view.

We only stayed one night, but would consider staying longer! Quiet and very clean and neat, loved our one-night stay!

The beach area is very beautiful . However be expected to pay $45 or more per car to go hang out there if you don't live on the property .
