I was just at my branch to get a new debit card and Percy huff and Samuel Grossman such good people very helpful and very friendly I'm truly glad that they work at the academy Bank that I go to. They truly are a pleasure to deal with. We need more people in this world like them

Denise is the best!!! After a recent change with the bank I was going to have to close 5 accounts after being with them almost 15 years. She dealt with me day after day frustrated but never have up. I received a message today from corporate and they fixed everything because of her persistence.
