The whole experience was outstanding! I never leave reviews, but I am making a point to do so, that's how pleased I am. The communication between everyone and the customer service over the phone and in person was amazing! My kids and I got to watch Mark deliver the box and they thought it was the coolest thing. We were all impressed with his skills and gave him a round of applause afterwards. lol Very down to earth good people. Highly recommend! Not to mention they were the least expensive in the valley, it was a great deal!

Simple Box is awesome! They supplied 3 quotes to help me make my decisions. Their prices were very fair and competitive. And for the service I received they were the best choice. I purchased two 20' containers, and they were exactly as described and seen in pictures with the quotes. Lauren was very friendly and communicated with me regularly and was very quick with responses. She coordinated with me and the driver to ensure delivery could be placed exactly where needed. At her request I supplied video of the area to determine if delivery was possible. Lauren was very patient and worked with me to make sure I didn't get something I couldn't use or need. Delivery was quick and the driver, Mark, was very professional and did a great job maneuvering in a tight spot to deliver right where it was needed. I spoke with several other companies that sell containers and Simple Box exceeded my expectations. I know I will use them again in the future and highly recommend them to anyone. Thanks Lauren and Mark.

This is a smaller trailer company. They made our move so easy with these trailers it was unbelievable. Two trailers delivered to our door loaded at our convenience. Their price was lower than any price around Phoenix. And they accept military discount.

Just ordered a 20ft box and the entire process from start to finish was excellent! Great service, everyone friendly & price was just right! Highly recommend to friends, family and anybody that needs a storage container! Planning to buy a 40ft with them in the future!

This is the 1st review I have ever done and rightfully so. The entire process from the initial contact to delivery was nothing but outstanding customer service. I had some unique circumstances and a very small delivery window, Dave and his wife displayed some of the best customer service I have ever experienced and pulled it off for me. I would give them 1000 stars if Google would allow me to do so and can not recommend Get Simple Box enough! If you are in need of a conex box, you are doing yourself an injustice by not buying from Get Simple Box.

Fantastic service from start to finish, got several quotes from different companies around the valley, and get simple box were the nicest and quickest to respond, very personable, professional and just all around good people. Delivery was quick and smooth, Mark is an absolute pro at navigating the truck, even put some wood blocks down so the container didn't sit on the dirt and get wet, was very friendly to my daughter and wife as well, took time to explain the process and show us the container and how to open and close the doors probably and some tips for container ownership once Delivery was done. Brielle and Lauren were very easy to work with and answered every question I had making me feel comfortable throughout the process as this isnt a small purchase for us. Highly recommend them

Within 48 hours of asking for a quote we had one picked out and delivered. Mark and Brielle are amazing. Super friendly, easy to talk to and prices were great. We will definitely use them again in the future.

I cannot believe how professional and courteous the entire staff is. They patiently worked with us throughout the ordering process and delivery was amazing. Mark was able to place the box exactly where we needed it and was extremely careful during the whole process.If you need a shipping container, this is THE company to use!Our Little League greatly appreciates working with you!
