I just switched back to State Farm and got better coverage while also saving $564 a year. I called… got straight to a real person! Trying to cancel my policy at GEICO was a pain… no clear support on the app to talk to a real person and lots of robot questions to jump through when calling the number on google, making it hard to get to a real person there. “I was with The Hartford for several years and they were outrageously high. I went into Edward Leopoldo’s office and spoke with Guadalupe about switching my 2 vehicles and my home insurance. She was so knowledgeable, kind, understanding, daring, and friendly. She genuinely wanted to help me and save me on my policies. Well, I saved $3,955 a year switching my insurance. Plus, I received better coverage and Guadalupe explained all the coverages I didn’t have and I wanted the extra coverage. I’m so less stressed and now my house payment won’t be going up $189 a month.
