Oh, they treated me badly and it's not worth it if they speak badly to you and terrify you with rudeness, that's why I don't want more people to go through that... the man is very arrogant... I don't recommend this place... They speak rudely to you and They want to fight you... It was a very bitter experience I had with them today...

Very polite.
Very helpful.
So I went to other stores and no one was much of a help.
Here Ali helped me a lot and got my issue sorted.
Guy knows everything. I would surely recommend all to visit.

I was trying to upgrade my phone but the guy tried to way overcharge me. The TCL 30 xe was a $400 phone but with my upgrade it would only be $299.99 he said. I left and when I got home and looked up the phone on metro's website it's $149 if you buy it full price..

This Metro PCS store is great.
The man that was working there was very helpful.
Top notch service.
The only bad thing. There is only one person working and a wait time is a little longer than I liked.

I've been a loyal customer to MetroPCS for yrs already. Because of this store & their employees I'm getting ready to turn off my service & my wife is getting ready to turn off her 4 phone lines & our wifi . To make a long story short I went in the store one day to pay my phone bill. They talked me into buying a new phone. In order for it to be cheaper I had to change my phone number. I did that and I got a tablet as well. I use my phone for work. My text messages are not coming in all the time. I brought it to the employees attention they try to tell me it the service. I know it's not the service cuz I never had this issue before until I got this new phone. I almost lost my job cuz of this. Customer service doesn't help either I've been trying to get corporate office phone # & I can't find it. The store doesn't even have a correct number on Google so unprofessional
