UPDATE:
Repairs were completed properly.
Did warranty work on our new build. Work was left incomplete and damage was done to our property. Will update review if they remedy the issues.

There was some miscommunication along the way that caused delays, but at the end of the day the Leadership in this organization made it right and I am very satisfied with the installation. It isn’t always easy finding companies to trust, but I will definitely use them again for future projects as a result. Thanks again.

RS built a pergola to extend our existing patio. I’m impressed with the professionalism of the owner and installers. The pergola looks great, and I will use them again if the occasion arises.
