“I took my Mustang in because the clutch pedal was not returning all the way and shifter was not shifting smoothly. I assumed we would have to replace the clutch which would be costly. It turned out it was a clamp on the hydraulic line leading into the clutch master cylinder. That was not expected for sure. Turns out that the engine builder left it in there when they rebuilt the motor.”

“Where do I begin ERIC who owns Northwest Towing in Glendale, Arizona saved my classic truck yesterday. I could not be in Arizona and I needed it towed to a repair garage or I would have lost it. He is kind and communicates almost instantly. He was honest about everything. He moved my truck at all costs and in spite of difficulty. I sent him my keys overnight; the post office made a mistake and sent them to the wrong address. Eric went and picked up my truck without having the keys just amazing he got it done. “These guys helped me a lot! When I was passing through Phoenix City (I'm not a local) I've got all the coolant leaking out. It turned out to be a radiator. they accepted me right away even though it was already evening, and promised to fix it by lunch the next day. they showed me what the problem was. namely, the new fan that I installed 2 days ago in Vegas turned out to be defective and the blades cut off my radiator and holed it. they got into my situation, found out that this fan was bought at AutoZone, took it there themselves and got a new one under warranty and installed this fan along with a new radiator. and they didn't charge me anything for the fan and these troubles. I only paid them to repair and replace the radiator. Everything was done on time and efficiently. Thank you again and I recommend them to everyone!!!”

My coupes are pretty low (coilovers ) so it is nerve wracking to tow everytime but these guys have all the wood and mini ramps to get on the truck without touching anything. Mike shows alot of professional experience and I couldn't have asked for a better driver. Just add that your car is low in the notes and they'll take care of you. I'm very impressed with the service.”

“First off, I want to shout out John Noseworthy! That guy is awesome! I was having an issue with my battery. My car wouldn't start and when one of the service techs came out to meet me they did a test on the battery and said, "the battery is all good man, just needs a charge." So I went and bought a $120 charger, came home and charged it and wouldn't you know the thing still wouldn't start. Now, I'm pissed. This roadside tech just made me waste $120 and I still don't have a running car. Now I have to go to one of these repair shops and deal with these jokers. When I came into their shop I was coming in defensive and super rude. John saw immediately how upset I was. He let me vent for a good minute before he calmly said, "Sir, I'm so sorry that happed to you. I'm gonna take care of you and make this right. He did just that too. Ran a secondary test just to verify if it was possible to charge it. The test came back that the battery was no good. He didn't give me any hassle, just said, "this is under warranty so I'm gonna get it replaced right away and I'll have you out of here in 45 minutes. HE LIED!!!!!!!! it only took 30 minutes and I was on my way. Thank you John for your incredible customer service and patience.”

“Coco's has been amazing!! first time in an accident my daughter was T-Boned and any time i called (and i called A LOT) they were BEYOND Friendly and helpful! I couldnt had asked for more. Than then insurance (American Family Insurance) of the at fault driver told me to remove the vehicle within 24 hours because they will not cover the storage fee beyond 5 days, even though the claim is still not settled. Gary helped me out and navigated me through the troubles of the insurance company. Thank you so much for all your help.
