Store is great! But BEWARE of the pharmacy -- Very disturbing that I get medicine that I DON'T NEED and that pharmacy tech will argue with you about their failed auto-reminder/auto refill system. HORRID service.
I've been a customer there since they opened, getting many prescriptions for my mom when I was her caregiver and through my own cancer journey.
In the past 2 months their system has gone crazy, sending me refill reminders for meds I did NOT order which is very disturbing. I called Customer Service and they said I had to talk to someone at the store level, transferred me and I get the same horrid person each time I call and a supervisor is never "in the building."
Confirmed with my doctor as well, the office did NOT receive a refill request for the med I received when the person at Walgreens insisted that I had been the one who ordered it, I told her it must have been one on auto-refill that she didn't remove when we spoke the other day, the 4th time I've called about this problem with their failed automated system that she's defending.
Today makes my 5th phone call for the same unresolved problem. I know I'm just one person, but I'm moving my prescriptions to another RX service.

We were in the El Mirage area on vacation. Our prescriptions were coming due. The Pharmacy Dept. contacted our home pharmacy and got our prescriptions transferred. Worked out great! Thanks very much for your help! ?

ZERO STARS!! --- ZERO STARS!!!!.....the drive thru is horrible...sometimes it is serviced by an older black haired woman who is better suited to cleaning toilets at a Walmart than in dispensing life-important drugs to the general public. Does not know how to speak into the microphone and I cannot hear what she is mumbling about...and cannot properly dispense the entire order...other attendants know how many different prescriptions I am picking up and I assume I will get the entire order correct, but this lady obviously cannot handle a computer and shorts me on the order, and I leave then have to get back into a long line to finish getting my order, she says she doesnt know what else I need so I show her from the online website that i have another prescription ready...then she goes to get it and gives it to me silently...not a peep of an apology or an explanation....better send her to clean toilets...she is ill prepared for this job.

I stopped into Walgreens before going to work, dressed in my work attire(scrubs). I noticed I was be followed and watched by a store employee. Being woman of color, I figured I was being racial profiled. The employee that was following goes by the name of Jason, come to find out he is one of the store managers or supervisors. I will not be shopping at this location again. This is the worst racist store ever

Well stocked. Well lit. As with most stores like this, many items are wildly overpriced. I still think it was overpriced but I did need chocolate & other things to assist with the incoming migraine. I will still keep visiting this store but it will still be scarce. Those prices though....oooohhh, they are rough
