Great customer service! Bell at CubeSmart was super helpful — my rate had gone up without notice, but she handled it quickly and got it fixed right away. Really appreciate how she made it right! They been busy and she made sure she kept up with me almost cancelled.. thanks Bell

She immediately made me feel welcomed. Like visiting a friend.
I found her to be very knowledgeable.
Together we found the perfect size
storage unit and lock.
Today, I'll be able to start moving items.

I was very skeptical at first about finding a good place to rent a storage facility from. I of course came to the reviews before coming here and Bel did not disappoint. She made me feel very comfortable and secured in my decision and made the entire process such a breeze! She is very professional and knowledgeable!!!

I was contacted right after renting. A unit on line and customer service was great was told to call with any questions I have and that the unit I had rented was good to go also let me know of there hours of operation and if I came in on Sunday when there was no one there to move in what steps I needed to take to get Into facility and where my lock was located all in all a great renting experience

Excellent customer service; the young lady reserved my storage till I presented my proof of homeowners insurance that covers the storage. She gave me a bottle of cold water beforehand. She displayed and did a walk-through of the different sizes units and presented me the different discounted costs sales. All with a courtesy smile. I recommend CubeSmart to anyone.
