Called the owner, Brian Allen, on Friday telling him about a problem I was having with the solar unit that powers my well, and he spent about an hour on the phone with me trying to 'teach' me how to try to resolve the problem myself. We couldn't get it to work so rather than have me go without water, he showed up on Sunday morning! Now who does that? They are a truley GREAT company.”
