The outside of it pretty much speaks for itself. Very dirty, tried one wine and left. Hopefully they can make it more appealing by cleaning up the property and making better wine, perhaps a smaller selection, having actual vintages would be a start.

Our favorite place to relax and unwind with great wine and spirits! Tracy has always provided wonderful hospitality on every visit. Thank you to Tracy and the owners for making my daughter's wine tour for her bachelorette weekend special!

I almost drove past it because I was expecting a large distillery with large signs. Instead, a small parking lot with a small entrance. A messy but cozy courtyard and a small shop welcomed me. There is a huge selection of souvenirs, wines, rum, whiskey and brandy, ranging from cheap to expensive. You pay something for each tasting. The service is very friendly and we had a very nice conversation and great advice.

Great wine and spirits, but terrible service. Most businesses in the area of Elgin/Sonoita do not require masks, but the Distillery still asks patrons to abide by outdated CDC guidelines. We were met by a rude bartender who seemed to be looking for a political argument. Will not be returning, regardless of future policy updates.

I was at Elgin a year ago or so and it was so much fun! I went back to Elgin today and I found a big2 HUGE difference for worse. Customer service has gone down from five to one star. They send you to the backyard like a chicken while other places around the area treat you with the respect all customers deserve. YOU ARE ALLOWED I DOORS. As soon as you get to Elgin property you are told to get your drink and go outside. You feel so unwelcome. The quality of drinks have gone down as well. At this point I don’t want to go back there anymore. The lady at the tasting counter was not friendly. It was bad. A complete opposite experience as I remember it. This place is not being competitive to other places around Elgin. They don’t let people stay inside. Ugh. Ugly place ? Mainly for the customer treatment.

This winery's sign about requiring masks is insulting, to say the least. I would not ever frequent an establishment that says the things they do. Listen to your customers, and maybe you'd get more.

Cool little place. Sampled the award-winning Regalo de Yida Rum and Arizona Straight Bourbon, really liked both. Will likely go back next time I’m in the Tucson area.

It's unfortunate that the customer service has to suffer because of COVID. When we arrived there were two couples outside who were very unhappy with the way they were treated. We decided to give it a try because we had heard the whiskey was good. And although the whiskey was good, the lady serving it was a bit rude. We all understand the inconveniences of COVID but she exasperated the situation. There were several other parties that quickly left while we were there. Hopefully their customer service improves after the virus. For now, I would avoid this place.

I visited this distillery when I had to make a trip to Cochise, AZ to take care of my late mother’s affairs. I couldn’t believe she lived this close to a distillery that offered a fantastic western profile gin!! I only purchased one bottle to bring a piece of her terroir home with me, but am wishing I purchased a case. This is an outstanding complex yet simple flavor like no other gin I have enjoyed. Yes, the bottle is gone, so will have to have more shipped soon. I just might have to add a couple other products to try as well. Thank you for the product, warm atmosphere given the current status of the world today, and for being a bright spot on a sad note based trip.

These guys and gals know their stuff for sure. I believe they are one of the oldest around down here in Sonoita wine country. The addition of the distillery a few years back is awesome. We pick up wine, brandy, moonshine, and now even hand sanitizer. Great times in the gazebo here. Keep up the great work.
