The staff is consistently described as fast, friendly, awesome, kind, patient, and chill, providing excellent customer service and making customers feel treated like human beings. They are helpful when you need to find something and provide quick service. The location features a large Tesla Supercharger station with 28 stalls and fast chargers within walking distance, a welcome addition on the I-10 corridor. The store itself is noted as being nicer than average with a good selection of beverages and snacks. A key highlight is the clean public restroom that smelled like bleach. There is also space to walk behind the chargers. Customers can use the Upside app to save on gas and an Amazon pickup service is available. The store has an ATM.
The gas area was well lit. Although the sign said clean restrooms the ladies room was not clean. Travelers can be slots. Convienience items (chargers, lighters, drinks snacks) are very over priced. But this area is isolated, so it goes.

They have put self checkout in and you HAVE to use it as well as bag your own items. The employee's don't realize that training the customers to use it is the 1st step to eliminating their job.
