I live here!! So far no issues. Quiet neighbors.(Yes, I'm the one who moved in with the pet duck...lol) And I don't mind the neighbor kids visiting the duck when he is out in his pen. Please feed him only frozen peas or bananas. Thank You.

It's old, physically maintained but not WELL maintained. The residents I saw were decent, older, clean. It's nice being next to a Circle K, but needs some work to be done.

I lived at the eloy mobile park for 2 yrs n didnt have any problems until management changed.i was asked to leave cuzz false allagations but i lived ther very comfortable n was always respected
