This was our second year at the facility and we plan to return next year. Great full care facility with plenty of room for parking trailers. Large individual stalls with arena, cattle and roping machine to use. Ride in the desert out the back door! Plenty of practice and jackpots within riding distance. Owners are the best!

Jacobs Ranches LLC was lovely to stay at and quiet. It was close to the roping action. The stalls have plenty of room and are very well made. They keep the arena well groomed. Chance and Trenise are great people, and we hope to be back next year. I highly recommend this establishment.

Absolutely love this place! Spotlessly clean the horses are taken care of better than any place I have ever been… Chance and Trenice are amazing and go above and beyond … If you’re looking for a place to board I highly recommend!
