We started having oil pressure issues on our honeymoon driving out of town on the way from New Mexico to Phoenix. Just outside of Flagstaff, we got an oil sensor light, and decided to make unexpected emergency stop in Flagstaff. First thing in the morning, we needed a reputable Volkswagen repair auto shop. Matt and the whole crew were incredibly helpful with diagnostics. Our 2009 Volkswagen Tiguan had a very serious engine issue which rendered it not drivable. They investigated the issue and assisted us quickly and with kindness - great people, would would highly recommend this place, and even though they were busy they made time for us! Thank you so much guys.

I don't know what I would have done if I didn't find Matt at Apex on a recent trip to Flagstaff and the Grand Canyon. My car was idling roughly and his wife Adrianna squeezed me in at the end of the day at the last minute. Within an hour, he performed a diagnostic, brilliantly figured out the issue, ordered the part and was able to send me on my way within 24 hours. He is kind, patient, generous and smart! His shop is clean, spacious and inviting. I highly recommend him if you are traveling from out of town and get caught in a bind. They are the best!!!!!

Matt and James are two of the most communicative and helpful individuals I've ever had the pleasure of getting to know. My 2012 Audi Q5 had unforeseen difficulties with a turbo replacement, and they went the extra mile to make sure the highest quality of work was done. They are also great when working with extended warranties. I would give these guys 10 stars if I could!

We found Apex after discovering that the car we bought through Carvana had some issues that we wanted addressed. The team at Apex was responsive and super helpful from the start! They put in time and energy to help us work with the warranty company to make sure that we got the quality parts and service that we wanted. They were very communicative throughout the process and seemed invested in making sure that we had a positive experience and that our car was assessed and fixed. We are very grateful for their services, recommend them to anyone interested in quality care, and will definitely be coming back for any other issues that we have with our new car. 10/10.

Apex has done repairs on 2 of my vehicles. First one was a 2010 Mini Cooper. They ended up repairing at a price way less than anticipated and it runs great! I couldn’t be happier.
I took my 2012 X5 in for a check engine light and will continue taking it in as needed.
Apex explains very well the problems the vehicle is experiencing. They stand by their word and don’t charge for unneeded repairs. They have called me after to check and see how the vehicles are running and take pride in their work.
Apex has tons of integrity and I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Apex did great with my toyota highlander. They were super fast and accommodating to my busy schedule. They also kept communications open and updated me every step of the way. They even gave me a follow up call 2 weeks later to make sure my car was still running well. 5 stars would recommend.

These guys work on cars that still under warranty, they told I should scrap my2002 BMW, there great for newer cars , but am a purest, I love the car,I want to upgrade grade my car, I didn't ask for they're opinion,and the money don't matter ,I want my car done the way I want it !!! Don't care why he wouldn't do it. BOTTOM LINE THEY DIDN'T WANT TO WORK ON MY CAR ,BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T WANT TO SPEND THE TIME DOING IT. NOT A PURIST SHOP,QUICK MONEY WARRANT ONLY SHOP .UNLESS YOU 4GRAND UP FRONT ,THEY ' LL TAKE THAT

If a place has all 5 star reviews with not one person saying anything that could be improved upon, one might be suspect. My Son in law was driving our bmw to Phoenix when the serpentine belt broke. Had it towed to them. Turns out, they said, parts of the belt were sucked into the crankshaft bearing causing timing belt to jump. They said there was no compression anymore. Well, I’m way up in MN tied up, so I can’t go down and check things out. Just have to trust. They said the engine is ruined. Would be 9-10k for a new one. It’s an older (2009) car, so not worth putting a new engine in. So I had the local salvage yard go pick it up. Apex ended up charging me $20 a day for storage?? Who does that?? I can see doing that if, after a week or two, no action has been taken. But for a few days?? What a joke! I would not go to these guys for that reason alone. It feels like they were taking advantage of a passing-by traveler who got down and out on his luck. Total bill to tell me my engine is ruined - $120.

Absolutely the best shop in town for a Mini. Honest as can be and extremely informative on everything. Happy to have been referred here by another import shop.
