I’ve been to this store a few times now. I switched to AT&T from another carrier on my first visit and the staff were fantastic and super knowledgeable and helpful. Every subsequent visit I’ve left feeling very happy with the service. Cameron helped me out with changing my plan and was awesome all around. Would rate 10/10 if I could.

Didn't help at all when trying to fix an internet issue. The person who helped us only shoved a phone at us that told us the exact same thing as what it said online which we tried and it didn't work. They only focused on making sales in the store and totally ignored us. Hopefully more online research will help us through our problem since the people here won't help us.

This place sucks I don't know why they in business they don't what they are doing becuz they just mess up my bill now i ended up 2.000 bill becuz they don't know how put in a correct serial numbers on phones. They sell you phones but they can't even fix their own mistakes they just tell you to go a real ATT store in Phx so I strongly suggest staying away from this place

I didn’t have service on my phone for a WEEK because the MANAGER was too incompetent to tell me all I needed to do was update my phone. I went to Verizon instead and got my phone fixed instantly for a decreased price. This location needs more competent staff and management.

Apparently whoever is in charge of the Google account is removing negative reviews that they do not like. So I am here once again to express my concerns. I am writing to share my recent experience at your Flagstaff, AZ store and express my concerns regarding the service I received from one of your employees. On October 18, 2023, I visited your establishment with the intention of transferring my mobile service from Verizon to AT&T. Equipped with all the necessary documentation and two devices for trade-in, I engaged in a discussion with one of your representatives, a courteous young lady, who assured me that she would manage all of my requirements.Upon the completion of our transaction, I left the store with the assumption that everything was in order. However, a few days later, when we reviewed our account independently, it came to our attention that a new, unfamiliar device had been added without any prior discussion or consent on our part. This device was never even mentioned during our conversation with the young lady.Furthermore, the mobile plan we had thoroughly discussed appeared to be implemented incorrectly. To compound these issues, the young lady, without our authorization, added insurance to our plan.These developments have left me deeply perturbed. Consequently, I promptly reached out to the AT&T fraud department, who have initiated an investigation into this matter. As someone who recognizes Prime Communication as AT&T's largest authorized retailer, I expected a high standard of professionalism, competence, and ethical conduct during my business dealings at your establishment.I earnestly request your immediate attention to address these concerns and rectify the discrepancies in my AT&T account. It is imperative that our account aligns with the terms we initially agreed upon. Your prompt resolution of these matters would be greatly appreciated.My disappointment with this experience is profound, and I sincerely hope that swift action can be taken to prevent similar situations from occurring with other customers.Thank you for your understanding and assistance in this matter.Sincerely,Theo

i made it clear to the lady that i was opening up a line on my stepdad’s existing account. the lady proceeded to open up a new account in my name, basically stealing my identity and signing me up for something i never asked for. now im currently 4+ hours into being transferred all around the world to various people who just transfer me because they can’t help me get rid of the 170.00 dollar bill that i was signed up for because of a deceitful att employee, or outsourced saleslady since att seems to outsource alot of people that arent helpful in my particular situation. surprisingly one of the dudes was from vegas tho. currently on hold listening to the music trying to be slightly productive during my att experience… so i guess my question is how can i be reimbursed for my 4+ and counting wasted hours. UPDATE ALERT!! i was finally transferred to a dude who got rid of my bill for the account i never wanted. oh yea i think the lays name was lodi.. watch out she’ll getcha

I went in and ordered AT&T internet Air. The representative that helped me was great, and took care of everything that the order required. Every time I have gone to this store, they have always helped me professionally and quickly.

I wanted to put 0 stars but unfortunately there is no such thing here and I went there to buy a new iPhone but the staff were really so rude and they don't give you proper explanation.There are 3 lady staff working there and their behaviour with the customers is just awful !You guys are not doing any kind of free service here and so you shoould be responsible enough.

If I could give it zero, I would. The sales rep named Jason S is absolutely the worst sales rep. Don’t buy anything from him because he will promise you “free” accessories as long as you pay the taxes in the store. He lied to my friends and family about “free” upgrades as well. It’s disgusting the disregard for sales integrity here. And is 100% unethical. Please do not stop in this store because if you do, you will be met with false promises and lies about your plan and monthly bill. In addition, when calling into the store to file a complaint the rest of the staff was extremely unhelpful and rude. Was put on hold twice and then transferred to a gentlemen who proceeded to yell into the phone about a situation he had no idea about. Thank you for the worst customer experience ever. :)

Honestly, wish you could leave a zero star. The manager is absolutely clueless and stated that she had new staff...any rules of management would Indicate that she is responsible for said "new staff". 4 lines transferred from Verizon and absolutely a nightmare on the bill. I left the store and spent 2 hrs with customer service to restore a sense of normalcy to the bill. No worth the time and energy in this store,go to phx or Verizon!!

Stay away!This store will screw up your account beyond recognition, then say they can’t fix it because they are a “authorized retailer.” The closest “real ATT” store where they might be able to get your money back is in Phoenix.I have spent over 12 hours in this store trying to deal with various things that were told to me incorrectly or done incorrectly on my account. Really the worst customer service experience of my life
