“A great dealership. They were able to close a purchase of a used Outback XT quickly and did a thorough diagnosis to my specifications of the CVT and Torque Converter... just to be sure all was well.
Their pricing is non-negotiable and my 4star rating is because of this policy although the price was below Kelly Blue Book. I am non-plused as they did sell me a car with near bald tires. I replaced them at a local tire shop with all season Nokian tires at a cost of $800. And the Subaru shop did a tire rotation that was not necessary for another $20 at their 44,000 mile service without asking me.
Their service is quick and took 15 minutes and was performed immediately as scheduled online.”

“My battery died in the Target parking lot. After a jump start, I came here and Kevin was extremely friendly and kind and helped install my new battery right away. I didn't feel as if he was trying to take advantage of me, especially since I don't know much about car mechanics. Kevin was genuinely interested in helping me and ensured everything was set before I left. It took less than 30 minutes.”
“I came in with my mountain bike to get paint to cover a couple of bad scratches. Andy and Bruce took the time to match the paint - and that was no small task! They also give me advice on how to best apply the paint. Now my bike looks great again!

Everyone is busy & short staffed these days, l get it, but this service centre went out of their way to fit my Sprinter van in for repairs and got me back on the road in a few days! So rare to find!And although they didn’t say it, l can tell they did everything possible to keep costs down. I got a heap of diagnostic & repair work done for less than a non-dealer repair shop would charge! So good!These guys do ALOT of Sprinter servicing / repairs too (lots of RV’s pass thru Flagstaff) so you wont find a better place to service a Sprinter…Shout out to Konnor and the service mechanics for taking good care of me and my Sprinter!!”

“We were visiting Flagstaff for my birthday, went to Walmart ended up needing to buy windshield wipers. I was too short to put one of the wipers on the driver side, I told my daughter to go to Auto Zone. I am embarrassed to say in all my gratitude for the gentleman that works for Auto Zone who helped us, I failed to ask his name. To that wonderful gentleman that helped 2 women between 5:30pm to 6:45pm Sunday 24 August thank you from my heart and soul. It was raining he stayed and got the wipers attached, the best part was how genuinely kind he was. This man made the end of my birthday day really great.........thank you kind Auto Zone employee you are the BEST!!”

“I was hit by a wheel that fell off a truck. I went to Babbits and Gage was very helpful. I've never been in an accident so I wasn't real sure what to do. Gage helped with everything.

Second, with the lowest labor rate in this town, and the busiest shop in town, these guys are top notch. Didn't pay for a steering and suspension check, and got a thorough inspection, and estimate at no cost. No one in this town does that, period. Whoever posts these fake 1 star reviews need to put down their phones and get a life. Best shop in this town by a long shot!!!”

“This store is very helpful and has good knowledge of vehicle service. I know personally some of my friends will only deal with O'Reillys because they know what there doing and helpful. I went a couple times was having a hard time with my battery to try and break it free. One there employees Kennedy had mentioned he had the same vehicle. He helped me out. Gave me tips and let me know I have a great vehicle. He goes above and beyond. I recommend if anyone goes to this location ask for him. He goes the extea mile. He deserves a raise!!!
