“Excellent experience with Diamond Auto Glass. We were travelling through northern AZ
and got a rock chip on our windshield outside of Flagstaff. The great folks at Diamond in Flagstaff were able to take care of our chip for a fair price. Spencer, the technician who worked with us, is an epoxy wizard! You can only see evidence of chip if you squint really hard. Thank you!”

“I knew the used car i wanted so the process was easy but specifically Caetlyn was very helpful and there was zero pressure. One of the main things that impressed me was they knew the upcoming maintenance needed on a used car and they were going to do it before they sold it to me. I knew the value of that and was willing to add to the sales price because of that, but they still worked with me to get me out the door where I needed to be. “We started having oil pressure issues on our honeymoon driving out of town on the way from New Mexico to Phoenix. Just outside of Flagstaff, we got an oil sensor light, and decided to make unexpected emergency stop in Flagstaff. First thing in the morning, we needed a reputable Volkswagen repair auto shop. Matt and the whole crew were incredibly helpful with diagnostics. Our 2009 Volkswagen Tiguan had a very serious engine issue which rendered it not drivable. They investigated the issue and assisted us quickly and with kindness - great people, would would highly recommend this place, and even though they were busy they made time for us! They communicated about everything promptly along the way during my repairs, I never had to call to ask for an update. It went a day later than expected because a new part did not get delivered, and they called and told me immediately. That is a big deal to me! That they told me immediately! Honest and straight up. “A great dealership. They were able to close a purchase of a used Outback XT quickly and did a thorough diagnosis to my specifications of the CVT and Torque Converter... just to be sure all was well.
Their pricing is non-negotiable and my 4star rating is because of this policy although the price was below Kelly Blue Book. I am non-plused as they did sell me a car with near bald tires. I replaced them at a local tire shop with all season Nokian tires at a cost of $800. And the Subaru shop did a tire rotation that was not necessary for another $20 at their 44,000 mile service without asking me.
Their service is quick and took 15 minutes and was performed immediately as scheduled online.”

“Hard to find an honest mechanic these days but TAG Automotive is the ONLY place we take our vehicles. Honest, reliable and affordable. I know that if I need anything from an oil change to a brand new engine, these are the guys. I trust them 100%. They put in a new engine in our Subaru last year, fixed my van when ran over something and engine dropped. Just recently they replaced the brakes, axle and just a fantastic job. “I've found Manny and TSB a few months ago. They have repaired wiring for my transmission speed sensor. They have done some exhaust work as well on my jeep. My family was out for a doctor's appointment and my car died out in flagstaff. I called TSB and they came right over and got my Jeep started and followed me to their shop. With us living an hour away and being stranded Jayden offered to take us home. It was a very kind gesture for him to make sure my little family was home and safe. They were able to determine the cause and had my jeep back on the road. I highly recommend TSB they have always been pleasant to work with and they have taken care of me every time. They do it all.
