Traveling from Colorado to help our daughter at nau my truck started having issues and went into limp mode, idle only I managed to get it to Babbitt where Carrie wrote me up on Friday morning, they were busy and only had one diesel technician but got it in and diagnosed and repaired before the end of the day, it’s nice to have friendly people who actually care and understand when you’re in a pinch! Thank you again Carrie and Babbitt Ford for the great service!! 2012 f350 6.7 powerstroke

From the lady who sits at the appointment desk, to the service advisor, the mechanic, even the gentleman who shuttled us to Enterprise, everyone was INCREDIBLE! We were barely on week one of a 4-month cross country trip, and staying near the Grand Canyon when the dreaded engine light popped up our Ford F250's dashboard. Babbit Ford was incredible and repaired the truck the following day. Kudos to Babbit Ford for the EXCELLENT SERVICE! FIVE STARS!!!

We had an emergency with our vehicle toward the end of the workday. We were towing our 37' camper, and one of the employees at Babbit's volunteered to let us park our camper on his own property. We found a campsite closer to Babbit's and Babbit's gave us a ride from the shop to the campground. Babbit's was able to get us in and diagnose our problem the following day. They had the parts needed in stock, and picked up my husband from the campground and brought him to the shop. Babbit's, thank you soooo much for your timely communications, great service, friendly staff, and a job well done! ~ The Witte's

I took my 2003 Ford Thunderbird to Babbitt Ford service department to inspect my battery which seemed to be dead. As a first time customer of Babbitt Service Department, I was new at how they did business; I asked the service department to please let me know if the battery needed to be charged or replaced. I was informed that the dome light had been left on and drained the battery. The battery did not need to be replaced, simply charged. While the National average for charging a battery is $12, I was charged $155.00. I was quite surprised, since firms like Auto Zone do not charge for that service. When I questioned the cost, and asked if there was a Senior Discount, I was told "YOU DID GET A DISCOUNT. We didn't charge you a shop fee. You paid for the use of our diagnostic machine."Needless to say, I would not recommend Babbitt Ford for servicing your Ford.

Had an amazing time with the entire team at Babbitt Ford. Nate Jr. and his dad Nate Sr. were great to my wife and I the entire time that we were looking for a truck. Any time that I had a question or needed help understanding something Nate Jr. was always quick with a response, and showed aptitude when talking about their product. I felt like I was treated very fairly and would highly suggest that anyone looking for a new vehicle to go to them first, I will definitely be a returning customer!

I just purchased my first brand new vehicle from Babbitt Ford this week. Ryan Chan and Michael McCloskey made the buying process fast and simple! They went over all of my options of vehicles as well as financing, and guided me through the process to help me get the right vehicle at the best value. It was an unbelievable experience! I couldn't be more excited to be a part of the Babbitt Ford family! Huge thanks to everyone at Babbitt for your hard work and dedication to your roles in providing service to Flagstaff and Northern Arizona. You guys Rock!

When we got our used Lincoln, we needed to have it serviced. It was overheating and needed an oil change. Billy at Babbitt Ford was phenomenal to work with. He was very responsive and thorough. He verified what our concerns were with the car and then had his technicians check things out before recommending the services we needed. They diagnosed the problem quickly and told me what we needed done. And they kept in touch the whole way through, so I wasn't left in the dark. I really felt like Billy had my best interests at heart. The service team even worked overnight to get the project done faster. Thanks so much Babbitt Ford and Billy!

I had the best experience at Babbitt Ford! I was helped by Miles who was so patient with me and didn’t push me. I was able to test drive 2 vehicles and he identified the key differences in them and helped me decide which would be a better vehicle for me. The loan process was easy and Nate was so helpful when explaining the loan, warranty, etc. Everyone was so friendly! I’m very happy with my Ford Edge!

Oil change today on my new white F-150 pickup. Greasy hand prints on the steering wheel, drivers door armrest, inside windshield by the oil change reminder sticker, and outside drivers door. Also, the trucks computer oil life was not reset. Really? I paid for "The Works". Makes me wonder if I got everything I paid for. Very disappointing.FOLLOW UP: The dealer called me this morning, apologized, and told me it would not happen again. I appreciate the follow-up and will continue to have service done there. I'm upgrading the rating to a 4 star based on their calling. Hope to give them a 5 star on our next service.

Mike and Nate, Jr. are absolutely amazing! The communication was excellent and the ease of ordering a new truck, delivery and all that is involved in the process was unbelievable. We didn't buy the most expensive truck Ford offers yet they treated us like we did. I can't say enough good things about these guys and working with them. We will be buying all of our cars from them from now on. Thanks guys for the great experience!!

I had bought a set of tires from here for my 4runner that were on a sale. I would typically go through the Toyota dealership but thought I would give this service department a try. Made an appointment 2 weeks in advance for 10:00am to mount and balance (which I thought was included with the tire purchase), and a front end alignment. The vehicle was left there at 8am before work, and to be picked up after work at 4pm. Arrived approximately 4:30, and nobody knew where my vehicle was to start with, then obviously found, and it was not ready until 5:30pm. After having an appointment, and been there all day. Upon inspecting the vehicle, there was grease all over my rims and tires, and actually smeared on the fender also. Nobody seemed to care due to the fact that it was the end of the day. I will absolutely never go to Babbitt Ford again. And I will not be recommending their service department either. I will be taking my vehicle to Findley Toyota from now on!

Broke down by Flagstaff on I40 pulling travel trailer. 4th of July week. Towed vehicle to them at end of workday. Service Tech was very cordial and helpful with a time estimate for diagnostics. Truck was repaired and ready for pick up as stated by the end of week. Thank you!

Some people are all about customer service, some are not.I’m typically not one to complain or give businesses bad reviews, but…..The Service dept. Here at Babbitt Ford earned it.My son has been having a very intermittent shifting issue with his F150.It’s been checked by a couple of transmission shops with no success at pinpointing or even replicating the problem. After some research, my son figured out that there was a technical service bulletin (TSB) put out by Ford that described the issue he was having, and the fix was a reflash, or software upgrade to the Transmission control module. He called the service dept to try and schedule the work and they completely gave him the runaround. They had no interest in hearing what he wanted done to his truck and told him the transmission guys were booked a month out. He thought maybe he could better explain what he wanted in person, so he drove down there to talk in person. It didn’t help, they were rude and acted like they were too busy to work on his truck. He tried to explain to them that he didn’t need the transmission tech, he just needed the computer update. He asked if they had a way to check and see if the TSB applied to his truck specifically. They told him there was a $150 diagnosis fee, which he didn't really need, and that they couldn’t do it for almost another month. Knowing that it was unlikely they would be able to replicate the problem on a short test drive, he asked them, “if i pay the diagnosis fee and you can’t find anything wrong, will you at least install the update?” They told him they would not install it if they couldn’t find anything wrong. He then called the Ford dealership in Winslow and had the polar opposite experience. Felipe was awesome. After a short conversation he checked My sons vin# and said “The TSB does apply to your truck. It's a simple software update, if you bring it in at 9am the day after tomorrow, we will take care of it. It should not take more than an hour. That's what he did, they actually also installed an update to address a calibration issue that can cause intermittent issues at elevations above 6000 ft. There is a noticeable improvement in the way the truck was shifting and so far the initial problem he was concerned with seems to have been solved. No diagnosis fee and less than 1 hour labor. In conversation with the Winslow Ford service manager, he said to my son, “If someone comes in and wants something done to their truck, and they have a reasonably good understanding and reason why they want it done, we are going to do it.”Like I said, some people are all about customer service and some are not.Thank you Winslow Ford for your excellent service.

Very sad about the experience my husband had at this location, starting with the phone service and with the workshop at this location, you leave your car at a dealership and imagine that they will solve your problem and not create another problem, it doesn't make sense but, they did a part of my car and they put it on top of the leather seat of the car leaving the seat damaged, and the worst part is that they didn't fix the parts. In other words, I left the car to take more damage. And to make matters even worse, if that's even possible, they charged me $300 to look into the problem plus $200 for shipping part...
