During a challenging situation with a title transfer from Michigan, my dad and I did not have a good experience at the PNC in Michigan who refused to sign off on the title even though the lien was paid off. When we used this PNC bank in Flagstaff, we were helped by Susan who was amazing. She tried her best to sort our situation out and eventually we got it done. Susan had a great attitude and went out of her way to get us the info we needed and the results at the end. We don't bank with PNC, but I am grateful for her help and wanted to make sure to give her a 5-star review.

The PNC Staff and bank has turned around for the better!! Every time I'm in everyone is super helpful and inviting. Daniel helped me with my first credit card and other transactions and he has been a total delight every time. Thank you!

I’ve been trying for months to update my mom’s signature card with her co-successors. Since PNC overtook BVNA we’ve had nothing but problems. Their legal department has crazy stupid requirements and always wants something else, a month later from when I was there last. I’ve never gotten good service or knowledgeable bankers at this place. PNC MEANS Personnel NOT COMPETENT! Ineffective, inefficient, terrible customer service!

Frustrating! They put my deposit in someone else's account. Fortunately, they were able to find out where it went. But then I had to wait around for a good while while they "typed" the form to transfer the deposit to the correct account. Perhaps it was the fault of the gum popping teller with 2 inch nails...

My husband and I got a 20k personal loan through BBVA. When PNC took over they started messing up on our payments saying that because we paid too early on the next payment they put it towards principle. We let it slide that time and paid the next payment right before it was due. 4-5 months after we got the loan we realized our balance on the loan hadn’t budged and they were taking 100% of half the payments we made and put it towards interest. Now 1 year into the loan it shows we have only paid off $500. Our balance is still 19.5k.. how? Husband called and went into the bank and met with Susan Tafoya to have this worked out and the bank says they have no access to the records of what we paid while it was BBVA and that we had to call and request it. Susan Tafoya was extremely defensive, rude, and made smart remarks. We call the customer service line and request a break down, try to work with them but just keep going in circles. This is unbelievable to me. They say they will escalate it but never have any answers for us. Every time they say they will escalate and get back to us it takes 2 days! Husband and I decide to pay off loan and be done with it. We are also filing a complaint with the FDIC and ombudsmen so they can do an investigation into this shady business. Don’t do loans here! Beware!!! Also the balance on this does not reflect the balance we are at as of today.

I was a customer of Compass bank and then BBVA for over 18 years! I saw them go through a couple mergers and things got better, and things were smooth. The transition to PNC has been a frustrating and rediculous rollout of a bank merger. BBVA was winning awards for their online platform, the app, and customer interface. Apart from the homepage, PNC's website looks as old as my account. What a downgrade this is! I can't access my account online now, even after visiting the branch and trying to reset the password. They obviously didn't prepare for handling this mess. Is PNC going to pay me for the hours and hours it will take me to re-arrange my entire business banking set up with ACH transfers with vendors and payment processors? I didn't think so. That's why I'm moving my accounts elsewhere.

Poor customer service, little warning when changes are goimg to happen. I was here at the bank 2 weeks ago AND SPECIFICALLY ASKED IF THE HOURS WILL BE CHANGING AND THE ANSWER WAS NO. AND NOW THEY HAVE CHANGED. I will be closing this account and finding a place with better comunication and professional atmosphere. Be lucky you even recommend a star as a rating. I would have rated 0 stars if this was available.

Worst customer service I have ever dealt with! Susan is a terrible bank teller with a horrible attitude. The banks inability to effectively change to PNC is actually my #2 reason for leaving this bank. Too much to mention there. What a joke!

BBVA was such a great bank...now that its PNC, NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE AND ONE IS LEFT SIMPLY HANGING; THE WAIT IN THE BANK IS FOREVER; THE ANSWERS I RECEIVE ARE DIFFERENT EACH TIME, AND THERES NO FOLLOWTHROUGH....KNOWING THERE WAS GOING TO BE A MAJOR CHANGE, ONE WOULD THINK PNC WOULD HAVE PREPARED WITH EXTRA STAFF TO RECEIVE OR ANSWER QUESTIONS FROM BBVA CUSTOMERS. THIS IS IN NO WAY BLAME ON THE CROSSOVER EMPLOYEES FROM BBVA AS THEY WERE ALWAYS GREAT, BUT IF THIS IS ANY INDICATION HOW PNC WILL WORK GOING FORWARD, IT WONT BE THE BANK FOR ME.

Hands down worst bank I have ever done business with. Susan is the rudest, most unworthy bank teller I have ever had the displeasure to deal with. Now, it's PNC and 1000x harder to deal with. Disgusting.

My ex-husband passed away at the beginning of October. We were married 40 years. Since then I’ve tried to access his account and our joint safety deposit box. Each time I go in I’m asked to give more paperwork. I’ve provided the will of which I’m sole beneficiary, executor papers, papers to the home which are in my name, death certificate and an affidavit from my attorney. Each time I’m told they’ll get back to me and don’t. They insist on seeing ‘probate papers’ but I never went through probate, everything was in my name except his 1 personal account. At this point it’s been 4 months and I’m turning it over to my attorney. They were supposed to call me a week ago and still haven’t. I resent paying an attorney to handle something so simple especially at a difficult time in my life.
