Best Western quality, rooms are outdated but they had everything we needed except a hair dryer. Staff was nice, breakfast selection was really good, train noise was prominent but didn't really keep us from enjoying our stay.

I give it 5 stars, I would give it 100 for Miss Becky in the entrance lobby, very nice, she saw that we were cooking food in the microwave in the lobby and she came over with her translator to tell us that she had left us another microwave in case we needed help, the most beautiful lady in the world, give her a

Super clean rooms, friendly staff. I live an hour outside of Flagstaff and needed to be in town for medical reasons, the location was perfect.

The inn is old and the facilities are old, but the breakfast was very good. There is no sports facility, but there is a mart 5 minutes' walk away, so it is good for simple shopping.

It was the most wonderful hotel. Very close to downtown. People at the front desk were so helpful and kind. The amenities were awesome. Would definitely stay there again.

Booked online, check in was easy! The rooms are good for the night. Little like motel style and outdated but comfortable and clean. Pet friendly for only $25. Most hotels will charge $75. Breakfast included.

All linens were nice and clean but the Dirty mattress became exposed because the comforter was tucked into the fitted sheet. Soon as I got in bed all the sheets rolled up and I was disgusted by the splotchy mattress. Mold in the shower was covered poorly with paint. It’s very humid in the room anytime we come back from somewhere.I was so bummed that I forgot my bathing suit because the heated pool house looks so inviting! The room was clean and we were very kindly given a microwave. Had some car troubles on the morning of the snowstorm, and was given a jump by a very kind and humble groundsmen who wouldn’t accept a tip he had come in on his day off and was plowing snow with a smile on his face..Breakfast was nothing to look forward to. No wheat toast only white. No danishes only stale mini muffins and stale mini plain bagels. The pancake machine takes forever and people have no manners so other guests stand behind you watching you make your pancakes. Then they don’t even taste good. The fake scrambled eggs had so much moisture the texture was like a paste. Cereal options are so bleh. Was Happy to see they had Philadelphia cream cheese for the stale mini bagels, and was happy to see they had hazelnut creamer for the cheap coffee. The yogurt and fruit is a good option hopefully they keep that. The 2 breakfast attendants were absolutely amazing very kind very attentive and Good with kids! I loved the breakfast nook very cozy and well kept.Snacks in the snack machine are waaaaay overpriced so make sure you bring your own!!

We drove up from PHX knowing the snow was coming the next day. It was great to be in Flagstaff with the fresh snow. Fox Glenn Park was a 5 minute drive across the railroad tracks, and great for playing in the snow. The hotel was fine. We brought our dogs, which was nice. Breakfast was ok.

Adequate, yes, but nothing more than that. The rooms are an older, without USB plugs in the room like more recent Best Western designs. We stayed in a "King Suite," which had no division between the bedroom and living room (though strangely two bathrooms and two televisions). While I find most mattresses/ pillows at hotels just fine, these were incredibly lumpy, and the mattress sagged from the edges as though it was well overdue for a change. I wouldn't say the rooms were especially clean or nice, but they weren't particularly dirty, either. The "indoor" pool is inside a sort of greenhouse structure located across the parking lot from the main building. There are no bathrooms or changerooms in the pool building.Likewise, breakfast is served in another building separate from the rooms and pool, and again without bathrooms for guests in the building. The breakfast is pretty standard hotel breakfast food. They do have hot items (some type of egg, either bacon or sausage, and gravy for biscuits), but no fresh fruit (only canned), and only yogurt out of a yogurt machine. It was fine, but nothing really out of the ordinary. The staff were kind and friendly, but I wouldn't stay here again, and honestly wouldn't stay at a Best Western again based on my experience here.

This hotel is wonderful. The family suite is amazing! I wish every hotel had one. Everything was clean and well stocked. The breakfast was as expected for a Best Western. There are also some great little cafes nearby. The staff were friendly and they provide ice scrapers for anyone not prepared for the weather.

Quiet, off the main road of Route 66. Didn't have time to explore because we were only staying the night, but it was nice accommodations for the night. Warm in the buildings, solid breakfast choices, and super pet friendly!Safety: Searched other hotels in the area, and this seemed (and it was) the safest option. Parking is plenty and there's a lot of tourists who come for the Grand Canyon.

Room with a queen bed was extremely small for the price. Pet area was poop filled and dangerous to walk in.

The service at check in was adequate. The room however was somewhat dated for the price. The hotel wasn’t especially clean - or near as cleanly as I’ve had at other best westerns. I’ve been diamond elite member since 2017 and can say I’ve had one stay at a location with a more uncomfortable bed. This is having stayed at over 30 locations in the past 6-7 years. This hotel was extremely noisy - kind of an is what it is situation but also a reflection of the poor quality of materials used in the most recent update which is very dated. The room was overpriced. I’ve always paid a bit more for best western assuming updated mattresses, carpet, bathroom fixtures etc. this was not the case and we barely slept a few hours the night we stayed with the level of discomfort from this franchise. Stay elsewhere until they’ve taken the steps necessary to bring this hotel up to date and it’s priced accordingly hopefully until then.
