“I'm a Coconino boy and I love my bike. The team at the shop is a happy group. They understand service and customer care. They are sincere people. They have been very helpful to me even tho I am not a new bike purchaser. They had 25mm bar shims, which was super useful. And I needed a 4mm head spacer. They found a used spacer and offered it for free. I'm scheduled for a tune-up now and a bike fit analysis soon. Flag Bike Rev is a local shop that deserves good patronage. Go visit ?”

“I found this shop on Yelp but I’m not able to post reviews there for legal reasons related to my job, but I wanted to make sure I shared what an incredible experience I had. I was visiting flagstaff from phoenix for my first triathlon and went on a bike ride before my race. Halfway through I felt my back tire was a little flat and Yelped a bike shop, I almost went to a different shop but saw this one had specific info about repairs so biked over to them. Susan was incredibly sweet. I’m totally new to triathlon’s & biking so I have zero knowledge about what I’m doing. It can feel very humbling asking for help from an expert and feeling silly and she didn’t make me feel that way at all. She educated me, made sure my tires had air, showed me how to put my chain back on in case it came off and overall was just so kind in making sure I felt prepared enough for my first race. Not to mention I was just a walk-in and they definitely are not hurting for business based on the amount of bikes I saw. I’m so glad I went and feel so much better going into my race. “Not quite 5-star, although they do an adequate job with repairs and sales. I have purchased bikes and had bikes repaired here, and have been satisfied with the service, though it has a ways to go to be 5-star. For example, on a recent battery replacement (e-bike) the new battery was not charged prior to pickup. Also no one asked if I would like assistance with loading the bike onto my rack. No one said thanks for being a customer or asked if there is anything else I need. So in these instances, the shop could improve to warrant a 5-star review.”
