Bookmans Flagstaff Entertainment Exchange is a huge, cool, and fun store. It is an incredible place and an amazing bookstore with an excellent selection of all sorts of interesting things. Customers can find books, CDs, DVDs, video games, musical instruments, movies, trinkets, electronics, signed first editions, and lots more. Since most products are gently used trade-ins, everything is very reasonably priced, often a fraction of the price of new items, and easier on the wallet. The cheerful, friendly, kind, patient, and helpful staff offer great service and pretty good trade deals, providing either store trade credit or cash. Trade credit is typically around double the cash offer and can be used to purchase any item in the store, including drinks and food from the cute little café, with no sales tax charged on the credit amount. The store is kid-friendly and a great place for a family outing, WiFi, coffee, and knick-knack gift shopping. While the restrooms can sometimes be out of order, it remains a favorite place where you never know what kind of thing you might find upon each visit.
This is a great place to spend some time browsing the isles. It looked like there was something for everyone! There was a gentleman playing a guitar while we were there. We didn't try anything from the Cafe. It looked as though people selling and trading their items as well. We left books, stickers, and post cards.

The whole family was able to find stuff. We stayed too long and spent too much. That's not a complaint though.
