If google had a negative review I'd leave -5 stars. Typical racist white people working, no help whatsoever even though we asked twice for help. Save your time & money if youre brown.

Hard to believe that they don't sell any boots under $150. Can get the same pair of Justins for $70 less on Amazon. This is why brick and mortar stores are going out of business, they need to reduce their markup.

Salesman tried to sell me boots 2 sizes 2 big, instead of walking to the back and get a pair. The native gentleman and the wannabe hippie with long hair are not your choice. You don't have a welcoming interaction. I felt very judged and brushed off. Trying to buy a 500 dollar pair of Cayman in a size 9. The workers td me to get an oversized pair and wear extra socks.
Very disappointed in this one store that's a part of my favorite chain. Guess kohls is my next stop

Always has good products. The only thing I don’t like is they have the Mexican flag on a ton of products, and this is America.

Customer service here sucks the ladies and the guy who were there do not greet you when you walk in or offer help they were chatty with each other and provided bad service

my mother came in a bit ago to return jeans that were too large for her. instead of the staff being helpful in finding a pair that would work for her they sat behind the counter talking. the store was a mess and that kind of customer service is very unprofessional.
