If I could do a minus star for service and atmosphere I would. Walked into this place to get myself and my son breakfast and needed to use the restroom. The guy at the counter would not let us use the restroom unless we ordered something first… after a 4 hour drive that was totally not appreciated. Needless to say we did not get breakfast here although we did order tater tots or something just so we could use the restroom. The unprofessional and down right rude behavior of the entitled staff behind the counter was absolutely astounding.

I cannot give this location enough praise! The manager ( so sorry I can’t remember his name, he told me but my memory is going sadly ) really cares about his restaurant and his customers and it shows. Every single time we go in, he is working away and stops what he’s doing to greet us. The employees there really look happy to be there, which is a reflection of the manager. The restaurant is always clean and the food is hot and exactly as we order it, every time. We thank you for your consistent excellence, and we wish you and your staff all the best!

Very rude GM not even a good morning or welcome refused to open the RR doors unless I order 1st she could clearly see my entire family walking in and when we did order i asked again which in return she rolled her eyes.

ordered two double cheeseburgersReceived two burgers that were so hot to touch the bread was microwaved it burned my fingersI realized I had been given old burger that were microwaved7 minutes after asking for a fresh burgersAnd watching 5 or six full orders go throughFinally get my burgersAnd they aren't double cheeseburgersI'm so hungry and getting frustratedSo I start eating bc I'm hungry the manager says he won't give me the new burgers unless he can throw the one I'm eating in the trashAs I ravenously pop the last bite of the first burger in my mouthHe says he will not make me a new burgerTrashRestaurant

we walked in to order and the cashier asked us dine in or take out and we said dine in and while we were getting our drinks they took the chairs at the bench away so we couldn’t sit and eat in, then they charged us 75 cents for extra lettuce and forgot our chicken

So I come to Burger King last night, use a coupon to get two whopper juniors, two medium fries and a 8 piece chicken nugget. That's a lot of food for a young person trying to get by for $9. It was so good that I figured I'd do it again tonight. I go, order the same thing but this time I'm asked to see the coupon. For convenience I had only taken a picture of it. The manager then says I can't use the coupon. WHY??? I did it yesterday and your store is clearly up and running, corporate didn't come and condemn it or anything. I bet if I asked he'd say "Oh well it's policy." Okay??? And you not following that would effect you how?? Oh no! The multi million or maybe billion dollar company loses out on like $6. What ever will they do? It's just so messed up. I'm not angry at this manager as a Burger King employee but simply as a fellow human being. You're willing to put the company who's ceo's would use you as a doormat if they could above me? It's just so depressing.

Whichever male employee that was working the drive thru between the time of 7:15-7:35 PM on Saturday, October 14th, was extremely rude and raised his voice at me after I asked a question. I didn’t even bother getting food after that interaction.
