Whenever time permits I like to wash my cars by hand (vs the automatic drive thru). I have been going to Butler Car Wash for many years, and it continues to get worse and more expensive. Today I spent the first 10 minutes cleaning mud out of the stall - it looks like they’ve stopped maintaining it at all. Second, my vehicle was not really dirty, pine pollen and bugs. In a matter of minutes the system ran up $20 and shut off. For reference, using a hand car wash in Scottsdale for a similar job typically costs $8-10. I don’t know who currently owns Butler Ave Carwash, but unless you’re ok with it being a spot just to rinse mud off your rig, you need to make a significantly better effort to deliver a better value and experience. DO NOT RECOMMEND. 😞

Came in to just use the vacuum. It took a dollar from me and never started. Would recommend not going here.

One bay blew a fitting. The next one has no soap. Consistently a rough place to wash a vehicle.

Worst car wash I think I've ever been to. All the bay doors are open giving the appearance that they work, yet none of them do. Paid $8 to rinse my car off and get soaking wet because the nozzle on the only hose/bay that worked sprayed everywhere. Auto washes don't work, no way to pay. Self washes pay areas don't work except one and that only has water. No soap. No foam brush soap. Waste of money go somewhere else

I would not even give it a star if that would have been an option ..the count down is way to fast and would not count quarters being put in ,costed 9.00 to do a super fast wash with no visible soap till right at end then costed us 12.00 to rinse half a ford ranger then went to purchase a little tree and the same thing started not countingquarters being put in man these owners must make bank ??

Auto hasn't worked in a long time. Bays cost as much as a full car wash, so unless your getting mud off, better at an auto place as I spent $7.25 for rinse

$5 got me 4 minutes and 20 seconds. If my math is correct this would be $70 PER HOUR! I have a four door pickup truck and a good wash 20+ minutes is not out of the question. At this rate my 20 minute wash would be about $25! I should be able to find a neighborhood teenager to wash the truck for $25. I use to come here a lot over the many years. On some days I would bring 3 different vehicles to wash. The place is usually clean and good location with a gas station next door. A vacuum system in the back use to be free with wash. I didn't even look at it today to see if its still free. I have my suspicion it may not be since they are charging the high rate. The water pressure was better but now its just the same as everyone else. It will be hard for me to return due to the high cost of this place. It's time to look at other self serve wash in town. There is a drive through wash but I have never use it before.
