I've only been in this store one time. It definitely left a great lasting impression regarding the attitude and knowledge of the staff. It's a farm store, people. Not the Waldorf Astoria. People's expectations seem a bit ridiculous, and they are quick to bash a good business. If employee turnaround seems excessive, that speaks of the community not the business. Keep up the good work C-A-L

Have used Cal Ranch many times in many states the one in Flag Staff the cashiers were helpful and nice but when we went to get the merchandise, the most unmotivated individual finally came out after five calls, unlocked the gate, the nicked and dented our truck which we had just got painted. I hope I never have to go back to the store and Flag.

I love this calranch. I stop by and they take cash off my hand for various product. Store and items are great but the restroom needs some work.

I called and had a question but they put me on hold and my call was dropped. And I called and they kept putting me on putting on. And after my 4th call I finally talk to someone I had to get kind of angry to get to someone. So they need to work on their customer service big time!!.

Not a review of a particular location, but my dealing with the website. They advertised Norma 124gr 9mm for $10.99/box, so I ordered 20 boxes (10 box limit per order). A few hours after placing my order, I noticed the price went up to $14.99/box, and a few hours later I received an email from CAL Ranch that my orders were being cancelled and my money refunded. I guess they realized the demand was higher than expected and that they could sell the product at the higher price and make more $$. Later, they sent an apology email offering to either let me buy it for the original price in store or take $10 off any order over $50. Well...1. I live halfway across the country from the nearest store...and, 2. Why would I place another order with this company, not knowing if they're actually going to fulfill it or send another "We're cancelling your order...you'll get a refund in a few days."

Horrible. I would leave zero stars if possible.I come in to purchase 2 stihl chainsaws, which are Stihl 391-Z. I wait in line patiently ask to purchase but they tell me they don't have a representative on hand and to come back tomorrow at a specific time which i did. Got rude customer service was told no "expert" was in again and was told call the next day, and still no represenative! I have the freaking money and i know what i want to purchase. Im taking my business elsewhere. Edit. would like to add they lost out on a 1,600 deal.

You can't buy a simple truckers hat under $25. Prices are USA prices for CCP junk. Everything looks overpriced by about 20%. Knowledgeable customer service is lacking. I get an overall sense of laziness from the staff. Firearms department seems like they would rather just not serve you. Can't inspect the firearms and no in store returns. There are better options down the road. Bye CAL Ranch.

Ordered something small online went to the store grabbed it from the back and said i bought this online can you proceeds the online order so I can leave. Guy told me it would be TWO DAYS for them to process my order. Well I’m going to Nashville tomorrow bud. You can’t click a few buttons??? Never coming here again wouldn’t reccomend it to anyone. Im going to tractor supply down the road.

I was calling to see if they had 35 pound bags of gravy train dog food in-stock. They picked up and hung up in quick succession while it was still ringing, the first time I called.The second time I called, someone answers, tells me they will, “Switch you to one of our in store associates.” And puts me on hold(?) for ten minutes, and then all I hear is someone picking up the phone and it sliding into place on the phone base… and then hung up. They hung up the phone… again… what? :(

Stopped here to get propane for the rv. Also bought some vet wrap and dog food. Great variety of dogfood and priced comparatively.
