My car was in for regular service, oil change and such. My service advisor was Jacob, and I felt well taken care of. And mine's not the only car we have serviced at the dealership, my son's 2013 Cruze as well. We both feel like we're well taken care of, and my newer Chevrolet, it wouldn't let anyone else touch it on this dealership. Thanks guys!!”

“Brand new Toyota with less than 500 miles on it. Great car. One note of warning. This car did not have a USB-A connector. It had USB-C. I had to run to Best Buy to get a pigtail so that I could connect my phone to the car. Lucky for me, they had one.”

“We had rented a car from Phoenix airport for the week and had problems with the windshield wipers. When we went to Flagstaff to have the wipers replaced, not only did Julia go above and beyond to talk to her manager, Darron, but sent us to get a trade in rental car at the airport in Flagstaff, which was only 10 minutes away. Darron took the time to find a perfect vehicle match for us. We were in and out of the rental office within 15 minutes. Everyone there was so helpful and friendly. I saw them working with other customers and were just as pleasant with everyone of them.”

“Outstanding customer service by Craig and Terra, helping me overcome a problem that arose when the Hertz website allowed me to book a reservation at a time when this location was closed. Craig and Terra found a solution to get me on my way. While I was very frustrated with the problem, they made me very happy with the solution. I would highly recommend! I would also urge Hertz to limit the availability of reservations close to closing time, and meanwhile I recommend that customers verify that the office is going to be open at the time they make their reservation.”

“The recent global outage on 7/19/24 disrupted our flight plans to the point we were stuck in the Atlanta Georgia airport for over 24 hours. We received no help from anyone in the airport and wound up renting a car from Avis and then drove to Flagstaff Arizona. There were an excessive amount of charges that we weren’t made aware of from the Avis in Atlanta, totaling to about $1000.00. Brooke and Crystal both helped the nightmare we had been dealing with finally come to an end. Crystal really went above and beyond for us by contacting her supervisor & having the charges removed. I truly appreciate her help after the stress from the last 48 hours, and because of her I was able to finally begin to enjoy my family vacation.”
