The state needs to check the meters at this location for Diesel fuel. I have a 35 gallon tank. I topped off my tank at 3/4 full on my gauge. I should have topped out at 8.5 gallons! I got 18 gallons per the pump? Be aware when filling up. On the way back at MAVERICK pumps were more accurate.

Registers closed. Only self check out. The associate told me I had to use the self check outs. Then told me to put my stuff down on the self check out if, I want purchase anything.
So I set my stuff down and walked out.

I made a quick trip so didn't tour the whole store. They have a large store, lots of products, and a friendly lady waiting on people.

This place needs to be immediately closed and deep cleaned. Looked like a pretty new building from the outside but the entire store is really dirty especially the bathroom. It also had no paper towels and graffiti on the walls. Garbage cans overflowing inside and out, soda machine out of order. How does circle k corporate allow a store like this to stay open?

Stopped in here early this morning for some extreme caffeine...the gas pumps were hoppin' and much to my surprise, there was only one customer in the store which was great because I'm a bear before coffee. Nice selection of hot and cold beverages, i appreciate a coffee station having chilled coffee creamer vs the little unrefrigerated single pods. I read the reviews and it seems the rest rooms were the primary customer complaint, i did not use the rest rooms so i cannot chime in on that topic.
It was early, so the place looked put together and things looked stocked accordingly. I'd never been to a convenience store that had this form of checkout, but after standing there for all of one minute, a lady from behind the counter led me thru the self-checkout.
ADA compliant walkways and transitions into store as well as proper accessible parking.
I'm from New England, so the CircleK stores are much different there, but, they're also not located in a touristy thoroughfare like Flagstaff, Arizona.
Customer service is key and keep all fingers crossed that maybe the things mentioned in other reviews will find their way onto the management priority checklist.

Easy in and out back on to 89. Lot is clean and inside was ok as well. Price of gas was average for the area. Fountain drinks well carbonated. Service meh.

Cherish, amazing customer service, she needs to be management. You're running this store wrong if she isn't promoted. Customer service beyond her station.

The bathrooms were so rank and dirty. I couldn’t hardly stand being in them. Feces all over. And I looked like it was not cleaned very often. My wife went into the women’s bathroom and it was the same thing there.

The manager makes every excuse not to help you or answer any questions at all. The employees gave their friends free coffee and hot food right in front of me then charged me for my refill. The store is always dirty and the line takes forever because the cashiers are usually more interested in chatting with eachother than ringing people up.

Will not give back my money that their lottery ticket machine took. Can look at cameras and the people in line. Don't buy from here. Cashier he cannot open it and tough luck on losing my money

Had transactions in May 18 of 2024 and July 11, 2024 had a fraudulent charge of over $55 at the store. The phone number they give on the website is not answered by any person. I had to call the Flagstaff police to have them sort this fraudulent Action out

Filthy store. Everything is always out of order. Shelves all half full. Bathrooms get cleaned maybe once a day. Go across the street to Maverick where they actually try.

I would have never walked in this place if I had known how dirty it was. The floor was sticky with soda, counters and food area was covered in filth, and as I turned to leave, I noticed vomit outaide the door. I'm canceling our business fleet card tomorrow! This company no longer deserves our business.
