Today, I have discovered my new auto shop for Flagstaff. Coconino Motors was recommended to me by Discount tire on 89. They replaced my axle and right CV boot. I was shown the underside of my vehicle and that only one side needed attention and replacement. They are transparent, friendly and reasonable in price!!
Now I too recommend Coconino Motors!!

Steer clear: untrustworthy.
Brought my vehicle in for starter repairs, and it was returned with a broken seatbelt. They refused to fix the seatbelt when it was brought up that they damaged the front passenger seatbelt while having moved it aside to get access to and work on the air intake. Refused outright to consider the fact that they had damaged it while conducting their work. I thought these people were trustworthy and reasonable, but if you don't want your vehicle damaged in other ways while undergoing repairs here, steer clear.
They have responded that they are addressing the issue with their team, but frankly if they don't fix the seatbelt they damaged, they aren't resolving anything.

Many years ago I was blessed to work with some of the best wrenches in the business that were also some of the finest men of integrity! From the owner Howard?? to George & Scotty! From the reviews online... I know All my mechanical issues... will be fine, just like they used to be!! I was pre Votech and they helped encourage me to be more than Customer Service Shuffle Driver, parts washer and a wanna be grease monkey! Loved it! Be stopping in for a look see and a good memory ✌️?

They have always taken good care of us. Their prices are fair, and they get the work done in the time promised. The company I work for uses them exclusively for their fleet repairs. The staff is pleasant and friendly! Plus, they have a shop pup! How could they not be the best in NAZ ?
