Bad customer service today. We never experienced this until today 12/29/24. Rude worker just sighing while she’s on her phone and not attentive to customers.

CVS has a new policy. You're not allowed to speak to a pharmacist without leaving a message. I REFUSE to wait 7-10 business days for someone to call me back!! This is unethical! I am transferring all of my prescriptions and my family's prescriptions out of this sorry excuse of a pharmacy.
News flash: replacing humans with computers is bad for business everywhere ! I will never go to a pharmacy that refuses to allow the pharmacist to speak with patients in a timely manner.
CVS needs to shut its doors. Or maybe when you start realizing that if don't want to work with the public, don't work in the medical field!!
BOYCOTT ALL CVS UNTIL THEY LEARN HOW TO WORK WITH HUMANS. HUMANS ARE NOT COMPUTERS. STOP TREATING HUMANS LIKE WE DON'T MATTER.

This pharmacy is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. They are constantly changing store hours, sometimes open on the weekends MOST of the time not. Not only do the hours suck the one really tall male technician is like talking to a wall and has no focus on patient care. This store has seriously gone downhill.

Route 66 CVS Pharmacy has earned 5 stars from me. The pharmacy has worked hand in hand with me on my two Shringrix vaccinations, information on OTC products and every question I have had on my prescriptions. As CVS is aligned with my Rx insurance, I have been pleased for 2 years now. There is something that CVS can improve, though. I run a 50/50 chance with the employee working at the check-out in front of the store. One young man is easily uncaring and rude. One time, he indicated I should check out by machine, the jerk. He was doing nothing else. No other customers. I do not like check out machines. He was unutterably lazy. Used a feeble excuse to cover. A different young man who is at the front is the polar opposite---kind, respectful, eager to help, not in a hurry to get rid of me. I have reported both on the survey listed on my receipt.

If only there was zero stars allowed... I had a prescription sent to this pharmacy. With no communication days later I find out online that it is on hold due to insurance issues. I called to resolve them from home and literally ended up carrying my phone into the store, still on hold, 45 minutes later. There were 5 people in line waiting for the pharmacy and the line was not moving. I left. A few days later I returned and finally spoke with a clerk and resolved the issue, updated some information, and was told the prescription would be ready in two days. It was not. Nothing was updated and a hold was still present on the account. Due to the ineptness of the 66 CVS, I transferred the order to the Target CVS on Milton. It was filled in 30 minutes. This CVS is in disarray and chaotic. The management is non existent. I will never go there again. This prescription took over a week to get filled with multiple visits combined with online intervention. The only reason I use CVS at all is because the med I need uses a goodrx coupon and it is the cheapest here. Otherwise I would RUN to another pharmacy.

We don't answer our phones, and dealing with customers clearly puts us in the seventh circle of Hell...

The $20 I gave out was checked to see if it was genuine.
I'm used to paying $50, but this was my first time paying $20, so I was shocked.
The cashier looked at my clothes carefully,
I felt sad and thought, "Maybe this person is discriminating?"
However, the cashier was carefully teaching other elderly customers how to use the self-checkout system.
I'm sure the service is good.
I thought again that maybe something had happened to the accountant in the past, but I didn't feel very good about it.
Most of the products are CVS brands, but they have an orthodox selection.
The inside of the store is also beautiful.

I come here quite frequently! CVS is a fav chain for me, in general. Their app is GREAT! I’m not typically into store-specific apps, but the CVS app gives you the ability to find major discounts on normal everyday things you probably need (deodorant, cleaning supplies, soda, makeup, etc). You can scan whatever it is you’re browsing for, and it’ll pop up a coupon that’s relevant for it. I’m such a n*** about discounts, so this is my jam. Also, here at this location: employees are particularly sweet, I’ve noticed. On slower days, I get into random chats with them lolol. The pharmacy, I’d love to also give a shout-out: all the assistants & the pharmacist herself do actually care about you; willing to talk thoroughly about whatever your concern or the “why” this & that, about insurance. Etc. They’ve never just—not—had an answer for me. And the dial in option for refilling meds via the robot voice, it honestly pretty easy & simple.

Can always count on any CVS to have the things on you need. This one was no different. Courteous staff too.

Appointments mean nothing here. They boom covid shot appointments then say they don't have vaccines in stock. They aren't even polite or apologetic about it. Going to Walgreens from now on.

Still waiting on a Rx since 2/3/23 it's now the 15th and nobody answers the phones. Not the pharmacy or the store employees. Walgreens called CVS to transfer my Rx on the 9th and they still haven't transferred it.
