For a last minute trip for my family, it was a fairly decent place! For the last minute and cost of booking, I expected less due to similar experiences from other locations. However, it was not that bad as I expected! Check in was fairly quick and front desk staff was very sweet and easy going. It was close by a lot of stores/restaurants, etc. The whole place smelt good, actually shocking to me with all the shuffling of people in and out. Place offered breakfast with reasonable options. The room was good except the sofa chair, definitely can tell the wear and tear of it. I didn't like how the door had one bolt lock as well. I didn't like how the building wasn't locked, the back door was open to public pretty much. Tad bit harder with the stairs coming in from the back due to a leg injury but it was only like 6 steps down if you stay on the first floor. It was a one night stay so not too bad for the stay. Would think of coming to stay again if the price is right again!

I found a good rate on Booking.com and then called directly to the hotel to see if they would price match. I do this because it saves the hotel the fees booking.com charges. They did and booked my reservation. Everyone we encountered while working there was pleasant. The lobby is clean, the hallway floors were a little dirty but had just snowed. The room was clean and the bathroom seemed to be newly remodeled. I paid $91 for one night and wouldn't hesitate to stay again. There is some noise from the I-40 being right by the hotel but it wasn't bad. We wanted to go to Mike and Rhonda's so we didn't check out the breakfast.

After sleeping in the middle of who knows how many cockroaches—and finding out the hard way, Divia, the manager, refused to give me a full refund. Why not take full ownership of unacceptable issues like that? My daughter had the worst part of the “experience”. Cockroaches are only indicative of one thing besides the disgust caused by the pest: poor management. The “administration” should know better. I doubt anyone wants to stay here if you read this.

We loved the place. It was located between everything we had planned on our trip. We used the full room service and enjoyed coming back to a fully cleaned and ready room for us to dive into after a long drive and hike. The non stop coffee in the front room was fabulous however I would have enjoyed a coffee pot in the room too! We enjoy the complimentary breakfast every morning. The front desk was super nice and helpful and the staff were always busy keeping things cleaned. Always friendly to us as well. I would stay here again. Oh lots of parking too! There is a grocery store just across the street that we did take advantage of when we didn’t want to eat out.Food & drinks: Grocery store across the street

This place was amazing. Very clean rooms, halls, and front lobby. The continental breakfast was lacking. My room was in excellent shape, the bed was comfortable but the pillows to small (like little squares). The bathroom was very clean and in good shape. Alittle small for my broad build. The toilet was not elongated and to close to the vanity, thus undersized. The shower was narrow as well. There is plenty of parking for big autos, rvs, trucks and trailers. Next door is a closed business. The staff was very polite as well. We got our room 30 min before arrival and the rate was fantastic. That's why they get 5 starts. If the rate is over 100 I'd rate at 4 stars.Rooms: It looks like the hotel has been remodeled. Tile work is great, new carpets and the walls look to have been painted.Noteworthy details: Plenty of parking next door for Autos with trailers, box trucks and RVs. The entrance in the back is not handicap accessible as ypu need to traverse stairs to reach any floor.

There is no hot breakfast food, like scrambled eggs, hams, sausages, potatoes, and so on. With the current daily rate,I guess it might be a bit too much to ask for hot breakfast. However, if Days Inn could provide hot breakfastfood with the current daily rate, that would turn out to be a great attraction for lots of people to stay atDays Inn! So, it could become a big business boost!Walkability: There is a shopping plaza with restaurants, groceries store and so on across from the street with just a few steps away.

A SCAM THAT MAY BE ILLEGAL!!I'm only posting one star because I can't post ZERO STARS! My daughter and I made a reservation through Booking.com at the Days Inn by Wyndham Flagstaff I-40 in Flagstaff Arizona. We made the reservation on September 24th for a 1 night stay on the night of October 12th with checkout on October 13th. We received from Booking an immediate confirmation email. On October 8 we received from the hotel through Booking a confirmation and a welcome for our stay on October 12th. On the morning of our stay, October 12th, I received an email at 10:53 AM through Booking.com saying my credit card was marked as invalid! My card has never been invalid in my life! After resubmitting my card I immediately called the hotel and inquired into the situation and was told that everything was fine. Then, at 3:02 PM I got an email saying my reservation was canceled!! I called the hotel to inquire and was told that not only was my reservation canceled, they already rented my room to another customer, I'm sure at a higher rate!! The exact thing was happening to my daughter who paid for her room with a totally SEPARATE CARD and who also has NEVER had her card declined!! They were nice enough to "help" us find a different room at an inferior property at the same rate!! We had no alternative due to the lateness of the hour. Here is what I'm guessing happened: When we made our reservation the rates were on the low end. In the meantime, the fall colors were peaking and I'm sure they a much greater demand than when we reserved our room, so they canceled OUR reservation and charged the new occupants a higher rate. This is HIGHLY unethical and probably illegal---I'm going to explore the situation in greater detail. At this point, I don't know if it is the hotel's unethical behavior, or if it's Booking.com's, or both in collusion.

The AC unit wasn't working so we opened the window. Being on the ground floor with the window open was a little unnerving, but we needed some air. Then we woke up to 33 degree weather. The room was very clean and well maintained common areas. ?

This hotel was very clean and well priced. The front desk clerk was very nice and friendly. The room that my husband and I got on the 2nd floor was newly renovated. The room was, spacious, very clean, fresh smell, new carpet, the bathroom was nice and new. The area that the hotel was located was safe and had plenty of parking. There was plenty restaurants in the area. I would recommend this hotel if your are ever in Flagstaff.

Easy off of I-40, easy checkin with friendly staff. Newly remodeled room, very nice bathroom. AC made room ice cold. Beds comfortable. Breakfast has limited options but fair for the price of the hotel. Would recommend Days inn no problem.

This Day's Inn was just purchased about 6 months ago. They are going through the building and remolding it. The bathrooms have been finished and the flooring. The furniture is broken and filthy. I sat in the chair by the desk and went for a fall. The chair had a wheel broken off. The big chair to lounge in was covered in dirt. We had to ask for a clean blanket for this chair and the chair in my son's room just to be able to use them. The bed base was filthy and needing paint. The bed seemed broken down. We had rented two rooms next to each other. His room furniture was as bad as ours. Added bonus was in my son's room. The refrigerator moaned all night like an evil spirit. They should finish the remodel before renting these room out. The staff was apologetic. I would wait 6 months till they are done with the remodeling.

Last minute booking when we decided not to drive back to Phx metro late evening. Easy to find and access. Decent parking lot. Staff was friendly and courteous. Room was great. 2 queen beds, nice bathroom. Cold A/C. Only complaint was the bed pillows were small and lost all loft quickly... so bring your own if you can. Included continental breakfast, which was somewhat slim... cereal, breads/bagels, yogurt, and fruit. They provide apple/orange juice and coffee. It was enough to keep you from being hungry. We would absolutely stay here again.Rooms: Interior hallways, so you're protected from the elements.Nearby activities: Several restaurants nearby. Walmart across the street. Easy access to highway.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I was woken up by construction 4 times starting at 6 am. When I asked for a refund I was flat out refused by the manager. They didn't earn me that there would be constructing at any point while I was booking the room.

We got 107room, this room had more or less comfortable beds but the smell! The smell in the room was unpleasant. Bed linen and towels were white in places with old stains. Small pillows on the bed instead of the usual big ones. The room had a refrigerator, a microwave, a hair dryer, and an iron. The furniture is old, but it is there. We did not find any bed mites. The bathroom had shampoo, conditioner, soap, body lotion and makeup remover wipes. The bathroom looked like new. The girl at the reception and the staff were friendly. Breakfast is available at the hotel from 6 to 9. Breakfast was the usual: rolls, bread, jam, butter, muesli, cereal, oatmeal, coffee, tea, milk. There was also a toaster and microwave. We did not hear any repair work during our stay in this hotel.
