Expect to get screwed over in bogus fees. One of the few banks still charging overdraft fees. Even when it is the bank's own mistake. They cleared the check, made the cash available, then after I spent it they reneged on the deposit and charged me multiple gratuitous fees.

My backpack got stolen with all my banking information on the 1st of July I went in there to cancel out and open a new account with a new debit card they ended up Lincoln the new debit card to the old account by mistake led me to get a 35 dollar overdraft fee which they waved, but I was late going to Tucson for there mistake, cost me a 800 dollar auto repair job,Called service and I have to take the loss becouse they can't do there job right,Was locked out of using new debit card for few hours and lost customer soly becouse of banker not doing it right, vary pissed and will not stop intell it's made right for my damages,

Went in to open an account. Was directed to Mr. Conner, where he open an account quickly and easily, while listening to me moan about my the unpleasant (Flagstaff) 1AZ Credit Union experience. Desert Financial has weekend hours, overdraft protection, and can process my MasterCard debit card! Thank you Mr. Connor W. for the expeditious and knowledgeable experience. I do appreciate efficient customer service and I will let others know.

I Quit , switching back to my bank in Texas. I can not believe not one bank in Flagstaff answers the phone. Just called the credit union and got press 1 press 2 press 9 ect ect. Never did get a human being on the phone. I have lived here for 2 years and still can not find a bank or credit union that answers the phone.

Everyone was friendly, courteous and helpful. Typically bank on line, but the few times I need to visit in person, it’s always pleasant. Have been with Desert Financial for years and love their service. Am thrilled to finally have a branch in Flagstaff.

Yesterday, I needed a new card printed and their system was glitchy but they worked hard to troubleshoot it and made at least 7 attempts which was appreciated because there are hardly any DFCU in this region of AZ. Thank you so much and for resetting my app so I could use mobile banking again

Of the 3 people that saw me enter, one was welcoming, kinda. The other two agents just sat there. Not sure if I should continue banking here. I want my business to be appreciated and not tolerated.

They don’t contact other banks to assist with anything, and they charge an absorbent amount to cash their own checks. When did credit unions become more predatory than the big banks?

Typical CU. Not setup to deal with business accounts no matter what they promise. I understand most CU are geared to personal accounts, but they have a business salesman. He promises the moon, but has not a clue as to what is possible by this CU. Asked for a years worth of statements for my 4 businesses so they could get holds waived. I have perfect history, no returns in or out - ever. Gave them my statements, and they still placed holds from day 1, then promised would "Automatically stop after 30 days. That was also a lie. NOT A BUSINESS FRIENDLY CU!
