The staff make you feel so uncomfortable while you're shopping that it's difficult to give them business. Quality has diminished over the years and even when I did find something that caught my eye the staff were so off putting with their snide glances and muttered remarks I didn't want to earn anyone commission.

I special ordered a pair of shoes and it was for an event. And now when they are supposed to be here, I get a phone call from the shoe department manager saying they never ordered it. They messed up. They need me to pay again in order to order it late. She was so very rude and said if I didn’t call them right back with another payment, they’re going to cancel my order and then she hung up the phone on me. This is the worat customer service ever!!!!

I always come into Dillards to get my perfume because it has a large variety which is awesome. The last couple times I’ve been getting helped out by Alyssa and she is honestly the nicest most patient person I’ve met if you have no idea what kind of perfume you’re looking for or where to start she will help you And be AWSOME through the entire process! So, if your looking for a new fragrance and you need some guidance I recommend her 100%
