I come to Flagstaff pretty regularly during the winter to ski at AZ Snowbowl and always stay at the Drury Inn. The hotel is kept immaculately clean and room cleaning is truly excellent (clean hotels are very important to me). From the front desk staff to the food servers to the cleaning staff, everyone is professional and friendly. But the thing that really seals the deal is the value. For a little over $100, you get a modern hotel, a very comfortable bed, breakfast (buffet style usually with eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, waffles, juices, coffee, etc.), dinner (buffet style, food changes daily), and three cocktails. Were I to go to IHOP for breakfast and McDonalds for dinner, it would cost me at least another $25 and I still wouldn't get my three free drinks. Simply put, Drury Inn Flagstaff gets it and does it superbly.Rooms: Spacious, modern, comfy bed, clean.Nearby activities: Walking distance to downtown Flag and about 25 minutes from AZ Snowbowl for skiing.Walkability: Walking distance to downtown Flagstaff with its restaurants, bars and shopping.

Absolutely the best staff...mattress were great. Location was a big plus! We hope to visit this place again. Just a lot of bang for your buck!

Will never stay here. EVER. I had a room booked ($200 rate) and intended to cancel but missed the deadline. I called on the day of check in and asked them to cancel my room. They refused and said I had to contact Expedia. Called Expedia and they canceled my room and reached out to the hotel to see if they would discount or waive my penalty. They refused. Expedia asked if they would make a one time exception since it has not happened with me before and still they refused. I book a lot of hotel rooms especially Flagstaff in winter and it will never be here. ETA: Yes, it is my understanding that properties usually do waive with a request from a third-party which is why it made this situation all the more frustrating. It's a lot of money for me, but not for a major hotel.

I am a huge Drury fan; however this location was bad. In my room there was a stain on the wall that looked like soda was thrown at the wall. The faucet in the tub was extremely wiggly and seemed like it was going to fall off. The microwave was not cleaned, it still had old food on the walls in it. The beds were horribly lumpy and the sofa pullout had coils almost popping through. The food was awful. The nacho cheese was watered down, and veggie medley was not good. The only beer they had was bud light and an IPA. For a big hotel there were about 15 spaces to park in front of the hotel. The parking garage had a height limit to get in but once your in the ceilings were extremely high. We have a lifted truck which would have been fine in the garage but the height requirement out front wouldn’t let us in. I tried to tell the front desk some issues as we were leaving and she didn’t seem to care, didn’t even write anything down to have maintenance check it out. We were very disappointed in this experience.

The hotel was very nice overall the pool was great and the breakfast was nice. The bed was very uncomfortable and worn out. The view from the balcony was amazing though. The room was not very quiet as it was loud outside. This hotel was nice overall.

Due to family injury, parents were unable to visit us in Flagstaff. Canceled prepaid hotel room in advance through home office and local branch.(no refund, but voucher- so be it$184) My Card was then run again day of reservation (another $184). Call the local branch to find out, gentleman at the desk told me that was a no-show fee.. was going to try to refunding it to me. I asked about the fee and he said "if you didn't like the policy, don't stay with us!"Been staying at Drurys for years and never had this level of customer service! Most other locations go above and beyond...maybe it's different when your a local?

For the price I paid I was very satisfied. Everything was clean, staff was nice and the free food was better than average.

Bathrooms need updating, but not bad. I did find some food items on the floor. It was nice that the front desk had a list of allergens for the meals. I wish you gave a water bottle or two at check in. I had to buy my own water.

I like this hotel because of the free alcoholic drinks and appetizers in the evenings and breakfast in the morning. It does cost a little more, but two meals are included per day.

My friend and I stay only at Drury any time we travel. The breakfast is always awesome. Staff is always very friendly. And the dinner happy hour in the evening is great. Load up with a great breakfast and skip lunch.Rooms: The rooms are always great plenty of room always clean. We don't really care about the view. Because that's not what we go for we go to see the sites.Nearby activities: The Riordan Mansion is fantastic. I always like to hit the bookman's bookstore one of my favorites. We hit the good will store that was a lot of fun. And we are familiar with flagstaff so we did do some walking around downtown.Food & drinks: At this particular stay. It we had the same dinner. A couple of nights in a row. I didn't care for that. But it was still a hearty meal and not worth losing a star.Noteworthy details: When you consider that your stay includes breakfast, dinner and a happy hour. You really can't beat the value.

Great hotel with nice rooms. This was possibly the best hotel staff you could encounter. Everyone from the front desk, food service, and cleaning crew. They treated you like you were at a 5 star resort. Totally blown away. Thanks for a wonderful vacation experience.
