I saw the cutest two-piece fall outfit in the window and absolutely had to stop in and get it. The clerk working was so friendly and helpful, and everything in the shop was so cute, I wish I could have bought it all!

Spent a weekend in Flagstaff snowboarding with my older children for their Christmas gifts. After some time on the slopes, we needed a break and went into town for some shopping and sight seeing. I spotted the sign for Earthbound asap and literally yelled, “let’s go there first, that’s my favorite store.” The energy in the store was unsettling. We were followed around as if we were there to shoplift. Very taken aback as not an experience I’ve ever had in any of your stores. Our entire group of 7 adults chose to leave and not spend any money. We will not return.. not quite the positive and welcoming energy we anticipated.

Back in the day, and I mean about a decade ago, Earthbound had some really cool stuff. I was alright with their prices even though they hike them up so much for retail. Now, there's not a single item in there worth buying. The staff seem a bit jaded in their trendy lifestyle, and it's just kinda cringeworthy. I don't shop here anymore.

The staff is personable and bubbling! What got me into the store was people being dressed up for Halloween which is great! Everyone in there has such a great attitude. It's just that Earth bound is such an expensive chain store and this branch is no different. I'm definitely not going to discourage anyone from going in there though in supporting this great team!

The ladies working were very friendly, the store is very interesting with what they offer, I love their leather journals that they have right up front. They also have items from local artists I believe so you get a truly unique item which is also awesome. I can’t wait until I go back and pick up one of their leather journals!
