Set a 4:00 appointment to replace my headlights. Checked in and gave them my keys at 4:00. After sitting down and waiting for over 30 minutes, I noticed my car still in the parking lot. When I told them I didn't want to keep waiting and asked for my keys, they asked if I'd like to make another appointment. No.

Called around to price out a simple vehicle inspection needed to drive for Uber/Lyft, they did them for free and couldn't have made it easier for me.

I was on my way home from flagstaff and my truck turned off on the highway. I had my truck towed to this shop to have it fixed. After looking at the truck they called me saying it was just a fuse. As I drove out of the shop I got less than a tenth of a mile before it blew the fuse again. I was now stranded in the middle of the highway and the shop said they could t do anything to help because they were about to close so I had to get another tow. They fix it the next day saying the issue was the coil pack, and then they did the plugs and wires too. They also told me that my catalytic converters needed to be replaced. I drive home to Tempe and then on my way home from work it blows again and I take it to my usual shop. The coil pack they installed at meineke flagstaff was defective and the current caused the coil pack to break open. When my shop looks at it they see that the actual issue was just the coil pack wires shorting on a metal plate that had been bent out of spec. A simple (and cheap) fix. I called meineke in flagstaff and they told me the only way for them to replace the defective pet was to get my truck to flagstaff. The truck obviously didn't run.... my mechanic went to meineke's supplier and got it swapped out. This shop in flagstaff has shotty diagnostics and are incompetent of finding issues. Do not go here for anything more than a basic oil change... however some of the reviews say they can't do that well either.

We've taken our cars here for years for oil changes and we always have great service. Thank you, Meineke team, for your great work that we can trust!

Went in on Wednesday with an appointment. They blew me off and said come back Friday morning. Had another appointment for today Friday morning. Again when I showed up at scheduled time, they blew me off. Told me that I would have to come back again. Both times I had an appointment and both times they said oh well. Never go to them

I have always done my own oil changes because I figure I will do it better as it's mine. Needless to say, After not having time to do my wife's car she took it here, I have had to change my perspective! Not only was it timely, it was clean after. No oil drips or spots in the engine compartment or hand prints over my interior. Friendly service with good explanation of what you need and don't need but they recommend. No forcing service or items you don't need. I can trust that won't try to take advantage of my wife like some other businesses in town have tried to do. Highly recommend. 2015 Honda CRV

Do NOT take your vehicle to be serviced here. Learn a $6000 mistake from me and pay a little more for proper service. The tech changing my oil (prior to relocating out of state) did not put the drain plug back in properly and I almost made it to Texas when my engine gave out on my on the highway, while hauling a u-haul. My 2016 Sportage needs a new engine and they want me to trust them to do the engine swap, ha! No thank you, never again will they work on a vehicle of mine. The are only willing to cooperate with me and make things right if I allow them to do so. All the while the engine it self is back ordered and I am stranded, with a 4m old puppy in Amarillo, TX acquiring unnecessary expenses daily! Throw the stupid flyer in the trash! Please pass the word around and protect yourself from improper care of your vehicle and customer service. I'm lucky I was able to get my car to the side of the road safely and not ran over by the tractor trailers flying past me.

May be OK for a quick oil change but DO NOT have any other service done here. Poor diagnostics and poor customer services- take your car to real mechanics and save yourself time and money

Aaargh ... it's raining this morning, I've got 7 more hours of driving and my wipers are not working! 23 Miles to Flagstaff stopping twice to manually squeejie my windshield. Trucks going in front of me aren't helping it's Saturday and am so grateful this place is open. They checked it, had the part, and took a little over an hour. Friendly and professional. The waiting room is clean with coffee and water. Impressed and grateful

My husband ran a shop for 30 years and this shop left him smiling. We were traveling and had trouble with our jeep and called Meineke. They took us right away. The shop was clean, the personnel were professional and courteous. Ryan and his team were outstanding. They had us back on the road in about 2 hours and were reasonably priced. This is a first class 5 star shop!!Thank you for helping us!

I took my vehicle to Meineke to change the spark plugs, tried to drive it home and I couldnt go over 60 miles. After that I went to a VW dealer, found out Meineke put the spark plugs on wrong. They charged me $120 JUST to put them on, went there for a refund and they said the best they could do was a free oil change credit. Horrible service, would not recommend to anyone. Out of $120 and had to pay $50 to get it fixed. Very dissapointed.
