“Really good experience here! I have a pretty old iPhone and it wasn’t charging properly, super finicky and felt loose.The man working today said he wanted to try cleaning it out first. I had compacted enough crud in there that it wasn’t allowing the charger to seat properly. He did say the port was a bit loose but told me to take it home and see if I had any issues with it. He told me they could replace it for a really reasonable price if I continue to have issues with it. He didn’t charge me for fixing the issue and now my phone is charging again. Thank you!!”

“So today is my first day with Cricket. I switched from Straight Talk and order the “bring your own phone and number” for $69.99. I paid $70.83 cents after tax. I did this to prepare for my trip abroad to Mexico. Immediately, there were issues transferring my number. So I called straight talk and they quickly provided me with the mystery zip code I never lived in. Then I called cricket back. The call center person worked to resolve the number transfer successfully, but gave me all this false info about my payment not being received, but he could see that everything was in the system so he was planning to help me activate my phone. Then the line cut, because straight talk released my number. I drive to McDonald’s to do wifi calling, and the customer service line was closed. I try to activate it online using the email I received. I received an error message. I start crying. I’m disperse camping in Coconino Forest and I needed a phone for work and safety. So I call this local store 30 minutes before they close, and Justin told me to come in. I rush over there with my cat and dog in tow. I tell him my “short story LONG” and he assures me he’ll fix it. He confirms my account, my payment, and quickly activated my phone. He also informed me my plan came with HBO max that I could watch in the forest in my tent. He was kind, funny, and we had great conversation. The call center about ruined my first day with Cricket, but Justin saved it. His parents messed up naming his brother Jesús, because Justin is a real savior!! A life-savior! Thanks Justin and the cricket team on Cedar in Flagstaff.”
