Sherry was highly professional, efficient, kind, and knowledgable in helping me ship my box. She was truly an exemplary employee with fantastic customer service skills and I wish I interacted with her for all my shipping needs...and grocery shopping needs and every other thing I do in town. 10/10 highly recommend this location and especially Sherry.

Sherry in the printing area went above and beyond for us recently on a project we had with FedEx printing. While the error wasn’t the local Flagstaff office, Sherry went above and beyond to help us deliver for our client. Thank you for the amazing customer service!!!!

Visited this FedEx today needing to get a print of an email attachment. I was steered to the self-service printer/copier/scanner and needed some help. Jeremy dropped what he was doing and offered the very best customer service I have ever experienced--he's a class act.What he doesn't know is that I am deep into cancer treatment and very much diminished. My mental acuity has been severely impacted and I'm sure I would not have been able to manage the process w/o his assistance. I'm grateful; he jumped in as needed--which was pretty much throughout the entire process.. You've got a good man there.

Our non profit has had all of our printing done here until now. New management is unnecessarily rude & no longer interested in supporting our organization. After 10 years of business, I’ll never go back. Unbelievable.

I received a call that my tires had arrived and are ready for pickup. On my lunch break I drove from Bellemont to retrieve my tires. Apon arrival the lady stated I could not pick up the tires because she was the only person working and I'd have to come back after 3:30. I explained I'm on my break and I would help her with the tires. She said I'm not allowed to help, I replied I can see them behind the counter, just roll them over or I can do it. I was told to come back after 3:30 when they had shift changes. This is very poor customer service not to mention a huge waste of time. I would not recommend shipping anything to this facility.

Thank you… So Much…???✨??‼️ I walked in the door thinking I was going be stuck staring at a computer screen because I had a file that was to large for my little printer to print.. so that’s when I decided that it was a job for Fedex… and my visit was Aaaauughhh…Mazzing as always… the gentleman behind the counter asked me right away if he could help me… idk if it was because I looked a bit distressed about what I was about to do…. Which was take a screen shot of each page and print it… Auuhhgggg… SMH… but no… He came up with a wonderful solution to my problem and I was able to send him my file safely and print it… All 87 Important Pages … for my Future… Thank you.. Guy in the Blue Shirt at the This Wonderful Location… I can Thrive now… ?✅?? ??✨??‼️ Thank you Brian… you’re the BEST.

My sister shipped an international package to Europe to me and I have been having issues because the older gentleman that helped her failed to actively listen to her that it was a gift, and so the package was sent as merchandise. This has created a huge hassle, I have to pay higher taxes on the package, and go through the works of the government customs broken website to try to claim it. And at the same time fedex custom brokers are trying to charge to even help make sense of the mistake. My sister’s interaction with the older gentleman wasn’t pleasant either, he treated her like a child until she showed her ID, ignored that the package needed to be marked as a gift, and initially refused to try to ship the package because “he didn’t know how to do that”. This fedex employee has wasted my time and money.

They lost my package 3 times in half year!!!!!! They miss my Tilte! My $600 carbon fiber parts!!! And my CLOTHES!!!!! And they never respond anything, they just know " I'm sorry about that, we can't help ya out" wtf is it??? Is it real service?????

Shout out to Cindy and Trever!!! This is the first time I recall meeting these two. I had huge packages and Cindy came right out of nowhere and took care of me! She even helped with a package that evidently I needed to take to a different location.Such wonderful customer service. You guys are so great in a time where customer service seems to be tanking everywhere you turn. I hope you are proud. Dealing with the public can be quite challenging at times. You do it with such positive attitudes. :)Kudos!!I’m typing this with dilated eyes so hopefully there aren’t too many typos. Too busy to wait for it to wear off.

Always understaffed so expect to wait in line.And my print order was handed to me unfinished. When I got home I was missing the final 2 pages of my 16 page project when I revealed what was printed.Let’s hope I can get these final two pages, now that I have to make a return visit to the store.
